I have high hopes towards his services

The Dubai Navigator is unique in that they offer a large range of complimentary services from international taxation advise to real estate consulting, and also that they claim to not earn any commissions like many other advisors, especially in the real estate industry.

So I decided to give them a try, buying their real estate analysis service. I greatly appreciate their data-driven approach, all their recommendations are strongly supported by market data (most of which they collect themselves). Multiple properties I was looking at before turned out to be sub-optimal (according to their analysis), and they helped me find alternatives with better returns. After they shared the analysis results with me (and answered all my questions), it was up to me to decide whether to proceed with the property investment or not.

I decided to go ahead, and accepted their offer to contact agents and negotiate on my behalf with sellers (I paid extra for that). They helped me get a slightly distressed property 3 months before handover at a good discount compared to the market. I am very happy about that!

Lucas is very responsive no matter which day or time it is. When I have questions, he is always there to help!

I purchased their relocation strategy plan as I am looking to relocate from the US to Dubai and had a lot of questions on the process and my tax situation.

The plans may be more expensive than an hour or two with a lawyer or tax attorney, however, if you have many questions and are looking for someone experienced with the UAE and international tax systems (plus visas, real estate etc.) there is no more efficient (and over time cost effective) alternative, as all their plans are flat rates.

I don’t even know where else to go as very few if any attorneys here in the US know about Dubai and the UAE.

Thanks to the Dubai Navigator I was able to identify properties with the highest rental returns and learn how to buy them at a discount. I easily earned the $3000 I spent with them back in higher rental returns and the much lower purchase price of the properties they recommended.

I went for the company setup and visa service, and added the estate planning service afterwards. Overall, I am very happy and am already considering getting the other services (investment and property strategies). My emails, questions and concerns were always answered promptly. I love to concept of paying a fixed upfront fee, rather than an hourly fee. This way I know that I am paying for results, and not time spent (which often varies greatly based on how experienced a consultant is).

I worked with The Dubai Navigator to assist me with setting up a company in Dubai and a subsidiary in the UK for my trading business, and seamlessly transfer operations over to Dubai from the UK. They promptly answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure I meet all government requirements back in Europe so that I stay legal. I like The Dubai Navigator because they clearly communicate all fees upfront, and compared to alternative service providers, are more personal, have knowledge of the laws of a multitude of countries, and are still very affordable.
