I do not recommend this company due to their company politic.
We originally purchased 07 bridle for €261.95, but it did not fit. We exchanged it for 04 bridle, and the company charged us an additional €35 because they had increased their prices between June 16 and June 26. We paid the extra amount. We received the 04 replacement bridle on July 3. After checking it, we found that it also did not fit, so we returned it on July 8. On July 14, we were informed that the company considered the bridles to be “used,” even though it had been in our possession for only 5 days and were handled only to check the fit. They are now refusing to issue a refund. Even if we accepted the claim that the bridles had been “used,” is it really possible that, after only 5 days of being tried on a young horse with a sensitive head that is only just beginning its training, they would show the level of wear seen on the bridle in the photo they sent to us? We only tried the bridles on our horse to check the fit. They did not fit at all—they were unsuitable in three different adjustment points. Because of this, they could not be used for work or regular training. This also raises a serious question about the quality of the leather. If the leather can show such significant signs of wear after only being tried on for a few days, what does that say about the overall quality and durability of the product? Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
