The Family Chemist is a family-run, GPhC-regulated UK online pharmacy providing NHS and private healthcare services to patients across the UK.
Launched in 2021 and based in West Bridgford, Nottingham, our aim is to make accessing prescriptions and healthcare simple, safe and convenient. Our UK-based pharmacy and clinical teams combine professional expertise with easy-to-use digital services, helping patients manage their health from the comfort of home.
NHS & Private Prescription Services
Our NHS repeat prescription service allows eligible patients to nominate The Family Chemist through the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). Once nominated, prescriptions can be sent directly to us, dispensed by our pharmacy team and delivered free to your door.
We also offer private online prescribing services. Patients can complete a secure online consultation which is reviewed by a qualified UK clinician. Where treatment is clinically appropriate, a prescription is issued, dispensed and delivered discreetly.
Delivery, Payments & Returns
We provide fast and discreet UK delivery, with free delivery available on NHS prescriptions.
To make ordering as convenient as possible, we offer a range of secure online payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. Available payment methods may vary depending on your order and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
For patient safety, medicines cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have been dispatched. This applies even if the medication remains unopened.
Returns and refunds for eligible non-medicinal items may be available depending on the product and circumstances, and are subject to our Terms & Conditions. If you would like to cancel an order, arrange a return or report an issue with your delivery, please contact our team as soon as possible.

l've used the family chemist from my 2nd jab and find them easy to contact for advice.…
I've used the family chemist from my second jab. Great and easy to deal with. Good price and sometimes even gives you a discount code to lower your price. Dileverd by royal mail and can be tracked to last 30 minutes. Packed in ice and well packaged. They make you feel cared about and will even give you weight loss coaching for free if you require it. Needles and antiseptic wipes for free. Normally 5 of each included with your order.

TFC good royal mail poor My experience of TFC order process
My experience of TFC order process, comms all good on first time of using. However my parcel did not arrive as the royal mail did not attempt delivery till 4 working days after i recd notification of posting on the 24 hr tracking. I finally got the parcel a week after notification of posting . Im hoping this is a one off and Royal mail improve

Yeah I was on mounjaro then tried the tablets which I thought didn't agree with me they let me revert back to mounjaro ,however I didn't realise i was unwell at the time of the tablets so I will revisit next month the tablets
