Fashion Pass feels like a scam. They hit me with hidden fees and charged an “extended rental fee” before my month was even up, just because I swapped a few items instead of the full order. They automatically purchased the items without clear warning. They’re often out of sizes and have limited options compared to other services. Super disappointing and I won’t be using them again.

They are trying to charge me $600 for clothes that I returned saying that I purchased them. I messaged them last Wednesday about this and it’s now Monday with no update

I love the clothes selection combined with accesories. I like casual clothes and there is a lot of options.

Fashion pass has been a life saver! I initially started using it to rent for my bachelorette party and bridal events, however, I continued using it because it's allowed me to try new styles and trends without purchasing them first. I love the variety and can't wait to continue to rent from FashionPass.

I've had subscription services for clothing rental for years and recently found Fashion Pass and I love how easy they make it to transfer items, quick shipping and SO many options of clothes, bags and accessories! Clothes range from wedding, work, vacation, weekend, lounge - options for every occasion!

I love every single piece of clothing and jewelry I’ve ever gotten from here. The fact that I can switch up my wardrobe so easily and get to choose if I want to keep/buy the ones that I loved -is simply amazing! As somebody that was (is) a compulsive buyer, having something like this company is a game changer. Plus honestly, whoever is choosing which garments to get every season has such a perfect eye for fashion. Could not recommend more!

My item is missing and they wont send it or respond to my emails. Additionally, all of my items smell like perfume and are in disgusting condition

If I could give it a negative star I would! I contacted them because I had a 30.00 TShirt that I had transfers to the next order but decided I did not want to continue my subscription- my size was always out of stock and the options just weren’t that good. They assured me that since I cancelled, my card would only be charged for the cheap shirt (everything else was returned). I come home from vacation to see that they have tried to charge my card multiple times for obscene amounts, far exceeding the cost of the shirt. Luckily my bank declined but now they want 137.00 for a 30.00 shirt- not happening. Do not use this service. After this happened, I did some research and it seems this happens all the time.

FashionPass has an amazing selection of brands and clothing items to select from. They have super fast delivery and the return process is super easy, although, I do wish they used USP rather than FedEx (shortage of FedEx locations in Denver). It’s easy to switch out items and they’re great about alerting you when an item is back in stock. World class customer service. Overall, a really great option if you’re looking for a quick closet refresh for an event or trip. Would recommend to a friend!

Horrible customer service. No one will get back to me. My package went missing on its way here over a week ago and Ive sent 3 emails and have heard nothing back from them. They dont care and they lock you into your membership. I can't cancel this subscription because I technically am "renting items" meanwhile I haven't received my items. Disgraceful.

First experience was really good. Second was terrible. Awful customer service. Clothing is old, smelly and worn out. They are unresponsive and do not resolve their customer service issues. Offer no solutions. Terrible. Will never recommend or use again.

Sydney handled my issue with ease and went above and beyond, providing top tier support. She clearly provides value to the company and I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes more support staff were more like Sydney!

Every time I’ve emailed fashionpass, I’ve gotten a woman who is eager and excited to help. It’s such a refreshing feeling to know that the girl on the other side wants me to look good and feel my best. They’re friendly, great at communicating, and able to explain the complicated process well. I really love this website and will continue to use it.

The fashion pass customer service is ALWAYS amazing. So friendly and helpful. This time, I worked with Melanie on a very stressful situation where my package was stolen. She was so helpful while being so friendly and welcoming.

I did the $59 trial and returned all the items. When I tried to cancel memebership, they had already charged me for the next month. I contacted customer service and it was non-refundable. I do not recommend renting from this company.

I really like the service that FashionPass provides. It's a unique way to try pieces from brands that are typically outside of my everyday budget. It's the perfect opportunity to grab a nicer outfit for special occasions or vacations without having to commit to purchasing anything yourself. That being said, it's amazing that FashionPass gives you the chance to buy the used product from them at a discounted price, so when you fall in love with a piece, you can snag it! They have a lot of trendy brands available and get new stock often too. My one downside is that I've personally had rough experience with many of the items I've chosen running extremely small and it's frustrating to spend money on renting items I never got to wear - I think that may be a clothing brand issue and not FashionPass though. The return process for rentals is super easy, they provide the mailer bag and label already attached, you just have to drop it at Fedex. You're allowed 2 separate orders a month if you can return in time. I don't like that it's limited to only 5 clothing items because that runs out quick if you get a 2 piece set, but I understand there needs to be stock available for other people. It is fairly expensive for what it is and what you get, but you're paying for convenience. In general, I've been really happy with the service but will only use my subscription when I have special events.
