Amazing service !
Amazing service, especially when it is so difficult to get a little gift to a loved one for a very important birthday when I cant see them face to face as we are in isolation.
I ordered a bottle of champagne and it was delivered only a few hours later.

Delivery quick but unable to add message
Delivery was quick as promised.
However it was a gift and hence I had sent an email asking for a message to be delivered with the bottle.
There is a problem with their email server and it seems they never received the message (only received the delivery error a day later eg after the bottle had been delivered). Followed up to clarify / express disappointment but poor customer service.

I am surprised to read your review since when you contacted me I replied to your email to say we hadn’t received the email that contained your gift message and hence why we didn't include a gift message with your champagne delivery. (It is very common for people to gift champagne without a message.) You forwarded me the "email bounce report" and I had our website hosting company and the head of our IT department look at this and they highlighted the bounce report shows your work email server is not configured per normal mail server protocol and didn't send a particular "quit" command, hence your email was bounced back from our email server. Perhaps you can have your IT people look at the bounce report as it does show why that one email was bounced. You state in your review "There is a problem with their email server" however the email bounce report suggests it is your work mail server with the issue. I am sorry your email didn’t reach us and I am sure the IT people can argue over interpretation of said reports. I’d like to suggest we move on and offer you a free delivery charge on your next same day London delivery. Just call Chris at the office and he can process that for you. I am in New York City and ordered a bottle be sent to friends in Fulham. It was a thank you gift marking the 1 year anniversary of my first trip to London during which they’d hosted me. The champagne was delicious and was accompanied with a thank you card just like I asked. As a bonus, it was brought in a beautiful burlap bag. Nick and his team provided me with excellent customer service and were able to get the order out the same day- in the middle of a pandemic!! Well done! I wish your business tons of success!
