The Finest Fudge Co. Avis 

I placed an order 5 days ago and heard nothing since!!
I have emailed them and all I received was an automated response, they have taken my money and not sent out the order, its nothing more than theft.
I will be requesting a refund and it will be the first and last time I use this shady company!!
I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.
Its now been 11 days and I still haven't received my order, they have replied but not solved the issue, its nothing short of theft, they don't seem to care about customers and seem very immature with the replies in their emails.
They are absolutely atrocious and I would advise people to stay away from this company, I will get my refund one way or another!!

UPDATE…They have just processed a refund, not what I was after and in all fairness not necessary, with better comms and a more timely reply it could have been sorted easily….Anyway the refund is appreciated.

Outer and inner boxes were badly damaged and one piece of fudge also….Understand that your delivery can let you down, but after a quick reply to ask for pics which were also quickly sent….nothing….the whole idea of this product for me was to use as a gift….not possible….a simple offer to send a couple of empty flat packed boxes and one piece of fudge would have created a happy customer……There is a lot of competition out there, these guys will no longer feature in my short list.

Am still waiting for my order 36840 i ordered on the 16th got a email to say it had been dispatched but royal mail still not got it and is still expecting the order i was going to give them a try and then make a monthly subscription but not sure now after reading some of the reviews

Received this special fudge and it was delicious. All three choices melted in our mouths. I think its unrealistic to write an unhelpful review which only effects Royal mail and not the Fudge Company. Keep up good work and I'm sure many will enjoy your fudge from far and wide

Ordered on the 16th, royal mail received it on the 17th, delivered today the 19th.
Only tasted 2 so far but they are both delicious thankyou.

From what I see on here the negative reviews relate to a longer delivery time than expected. My advice, don't leave it to the last minute to order for a certain occasion!

Don't waste your money folks, my order was supposedly dispatched using 24hr tracked with Royal mail on the 12th July and the tracking status has been showing "we're expecting it" ever since. I've contacted finest fudge co. but the customer service is non existent all they said is there was a problem with their printer but nothing about when I can expect to receive my order. Shocking and extremely poor service. Wish I hadn't bothered and spent my money elsewhere.

This may be the yummiest thing I have ever eaten!!!!! It is soooo good!!! I had to try so hard to not eat the entire lot 😂 (I bought three of the creamy fudge). I have seen a few review of people complaining it’s not at all like fudge saying it’s really soft etc. clearly they missed the memo that there is crumbly fudge and creamy fudge. For someone that favours creamy fudge, these far exceeded expectations

We are very fudge loving people, but this “fudge” was gross!
It’s nothing like fudge, texture wise and taste too. Once it started melting in my mouth, it felt like I had a mouthful of cheap margarine. So I spat it straight out. I actually thought I was going to be sick.
All my family tried it, and said the same.
The taste was weird too, not in a good way either.
Also, there’s barely any filling in them, compared to the photos they share. Not that it mattered, as the whole lot ended up in the bin.
That’s £24 wasted, and a lesson learned.

I had to write a review as not only is their fudge amazing but I received in time. I ordered 6 bars for 24 inc delivery. The best fudge and came within 6 days by Royal Mail and it was beautifully packed with a 10% off card. Creat from beginning to end.

Firstly, the Fudge is VERY good & the selection of flavours also. I have placed 3 orders now & all have been a very good quality.

The frustrating thing is actually receiving your fudge! It takes just over a week to arrive so bear that in mind.. they did blame ‘Royal Mail delays in scanning in the parcels’ which I didn’t believe to be the case, but nonetheless.. if you’re willing to wait, it’ll possibly be the nicest fudge you’ve ever eaten (it was mine)

Placed an order via TikTok and was very happy with my purchase. This was ordered for Father’s Day presents and the recipients were both happy and really enjoyed the taste. Will definitely be ordering again!

Really poor. Really slow delivery to the point where it took well over a week for the fudge to arrive despite being advised 48 hour delivery. It was for a present and didn’t arrive in time for me to give to the recipient. On querying this I was told the fudge would last for several months in the fridge so it wouldn’t matter if I waited to gift it, however on opening the sealed box after appropriate storage several weeks later and well within the timeframe it had started to go off. I raised this issue with them and was simply told to cut off the part that was going off. Definitely not ‘the finest’ fudge company!!

Lovely fudge. Bought for my partner and he loved all the flavours. Packaging is cute and website was easy to navigate. Easy experience and no complaints - will be using them again

Marking a "freshly made" order as despatched, and then still not actually handing it off the the postal service 7 days later is dishonest.

Sending out copy paste emails to customers who have queries about this is just bad customer service, especially when not addressing the issue.

If you're busy, then just be honest; people will wait for their deliveries, but people will not tolerate being lied to.

EDIT: In reply to the response. Of course you dispatch in 5 days, as per your T+Cs... that's because you mark an order as dispatched when it hasn't been.

Dispatching is having an order created and ready for hand over.

You simply cannot have an order marked as dispatched if doesn't exist. As I said, it's dishonest.

I have just placed my 3rd order as this fudge is beyond amazing. Yes it may take a bit longer to arrive but it is being made fresh, its not already in boxes or plastic bags waiting for orders! The flavours are fantastic and the packaging is lovely for a gift. So far i have tried millionaires, rum and raisin, biscoff, mars and malteser - i have just ordered 6 more of their new flavours for summer - I do share it.. honest!!!

I have ordered from this company previously and had a great experience but unfortunately I can’t say the same following my most recent order.

This company made a promise that all orders placed before a certain date would arrive in time for Father's Day. This did not happen for me and by the looks of other reviews many other customers. I emailed and messaged on social media but had no response but they still continue to post constant social media content, maybe this time would have been better spent communicating with customers who had already purchased and were awaiting orders.

Whilst I appreciate this is a small company, the reasons I have seen for orders being delayed are poor. First reason being they have run out of fudge, then why continue to accept more orders and publicly commit to them arriving in time for Father’s Day? Secondly, they tried to falsely blame a change in Royal Mails service, my order was not shipped until after Fathers Day so Royal Mail cannot be blamed for it not arriving in time.

I will be avoiding using this company in future, which is a shame because the fudge itself is wonderful.

The fudge itself is good but I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Not only do they fail to let customers know about delays, they follow this up with promises they cannot keep. Despite already struggling to fulfil the orders they had, they then made a promise that all orders placed before a particular date would arrive in time for Father's Day. Unsurprisingly, this didn't happen.

This was followed with a lack of communication - many people received no response to their FB, TikTok, or email messages.

I also disliked the company attempting to place some of the blame on Royal Mail. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but the assertion that Royal Mail had changed the terms of their Tracked48 service was false, and the delays being experienced were also longer than a day or two.
