Very poor service from both the customer service and the personal trainer. I took on the online course and only really got any good service and review of my work for the first month or so. After that, it was taking weeks for my personal course manager, that was assigned to me, to respond to my work, and I would receive an out-of-office response to almost every email I would send regarding tasks, questions, and advice.

Even the website chat box remained on "a member of staff will be with you shortly" for hours without anyone contacting me at all. I called customer service and just spoke to an AI that told me someone will contact you shortly, and couldn't actually get to speak to anyone from my call.

I took on the online course that only gives you 14 days to cancel, and it seems as though they provide you with a good service for those 14 days, and then forget about you once you can't cancel anymore.

Maybe the in-person courses are better and provide better services, but I would suggest to stay away from their online courses and paying more money for better providers or in-person courses is a better idea.

Really great day completing my level 2 gym instructor practical assessment. My assessor Beth was really helpful when it came to practical feedback and with any questions that I had on the day. Lovely group of people, looking forward to completing my level 3!

This week, I had my first two training days with Lorena for my Level 3 Mat Pilates course and I had the best time. Lorena was so knowledgable and she explained everything so clearly. We had to plan and deliver part of a Pilates class to the other learners and it was so much fun. Thank you, Lorena - you’ve inspired me even more!

Lorena has been so supportive, patient and kind throughout the practical days. She has guided me and given constructive feedback on my teaching and personal practice, which will certainly be useful to me in the future.

I went on the in house practical day for gym instructor level 2. Gary and Beth, the trainers, were both great. Really helpful and provided great feedback. I would recommend anyone doing their level 2 online to go in house for the practical elements.

Lorena was absolutely amazing, she explains everything very thoroughly and with a lot of patience.

I took part in a l3 mat Pilates course by Evan. He was great very informative engaging and made the classes a lot of fun! Would definitely recommend

Evan was so great. Really helpful and friendly. Everything was made really clear on what we have to do and after doing the two practical days with him at stage 1 I feel a lot better about the stage 2 assessment days

Lorena has been amazing in my stage 1 phase of my Mat Pilates training I can’t wait to do my exam!!!

Harry was super helpful on the phone, answered all my questions, talked me through the whole process and really helped me feel reassured and comfortable and confident moving forward with the course. Even called me back once I'd pressed "Go" to congratulate me.

I've not started the course yet so this is reviewing how helpful thy were in general.

Rosie was a absolute delight from the first phone call to getting me up and running! Very patient with me calling multiple times as I was deciding what to do, helping me solidify my choice and all whilst being so lovely over the phone! Also being available in the evenings via text and making time for me was hugely appreciated! The Fitness Group nave got a gooden!

Gary supported me throughout my Gym Instructor Level 2 qualification and was always supportive and approachable. He was happy to help and, whenever I needed further information about the course, he was always available to guide me. I really appreciated his support and would highly recommend Gary.

Nick Smith took my level 2 gym instructor course. He is friendly, approachable and created a great atmosphere. He answered questions or if he did not know he went and got the answers.

I had a really positive experience completing my Level 2 Gym Instructor course with Gary. From the start, he made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward, while still providing clear and helpful guidance throughout the course.

Gary was knowledgeable, patient and approachable, and was always happy to explain things whenever I needed clarification. The assessments were well structured, and I felt properly supported and prepared as I progressed through each stage.

I’m really pleased to have completed my Level 2 qualification and would definitely recommend Gary and the course to anyone looking to get qualified as a Gym Instructor. A great experience from start to finish!

Gary was a great fella, so the pressure was off right away, and the process he took us through to pass our Level 2 was quick and smooth. Would recommend it if you want to pass ASAP with 0 worries.
