Great to get you signed up, poor once you’re a customer. Don’t acknowledge your feedback, requests for help, even when appropriate. Save yourself 4 figures and choose another provider. If you buy a package, they refuse to refund you even if they are the ones to cause delays to your qualification. I have missed job opportunities based on this, given consistent understanding, and their response is they still don’t care.

The course was very helpful, and my professor’s clear communication, detailed explanations, and constructive feedback made it even easier to understand. I learned a lot from the experience.

Lorena is honestly the best mentor I could have asked for. Her reformer training made everything click, and her support gave me so much confidence going into the exam today. Sad it’s my last session with her, but so grateful for everything she taught me!

This was my first time to meet Lorena whom assessed my reformer practical today.
She was supportive, enthusiastic but also incredibly understanding of the nervousness that goes with being ‘formally assessed’!! My fellow ‘assessees’ were equally supportive and encouraging.
Feedback was constructive, focused and matched my own self- assessment.
And what made the entire experience even more positive, I passed.

Rosie was super helpful and fast at getting back to any questions I had.

I made an enquiry about what plans they offered, and was pleasantly surprised at how easily I could build my qualification around the modules I actually needed, creating me a custom plan that was sustainable and realistic. Jaz was fantastic at giving me time to consider my options, and offered me the flexibility I need. I'm very happy with the process, it was individual, allowed me breathing room to make sure it was right for me, and she was supportive when I came up against some personal roadblocks. I am excited to get going.

Currently enrolled and finishing my Level 3 mat Pilates with The Fitness Group. From onboarding to the course content to the Learner Support team, so far my entire experience has been extremely positive. Upon joining, Harry was so helpful and patient going over all the different option that were available to me, while remaining super professional all along. Recently I requested help from the Learner Support team and Jessy was so prompt with her replies, also being incredibly supportive and attentive to details. I have a clear understanding of what I need to do next with my assessments and feel like although I am doing this course in its online only version, I definitely have the support that I need with Jessy (thank you!!), who is a real credit to The Fitness Group! Thank you all, would highly recommend this course and provider, a very refreshing experience in comparison to other online fitness courses I have done!

The website is very easy to use and the lectures are all well detailed. My tutor Mark Fox marked all my work exceptionally quick and gave great feedback.

I I had Evan for in person reformer training, and honestly, he made the experience for me. Before the practical, I was starting to lose confidence in the program, but I left feeling great which is completely down to him. He’s super warm, informative, and clearly knowledgeable and experienced, which really shows in his teaching. I left feeling confident and ready to start teaching!
