Bought the pillows for my fussy daughter she has given them a big thumbs up.
They arrived quickly as well so no issues with delivery either!

Ordered 2 new pillows and I have to say they are a lot better than expected, I suffer with a painful right shoulder and with these pillows I could lay on my right side without putting pressure on my bad shoulder and slept really well.

My order is missing, I was given a dpd tracking number but the order was never dispatched. Can you find my order please?

Slight issue with delivery from DPD, hence four rather than five stars. Possibly slightly harsh as out with control of the company.

Have been asked to leave a review which is extremely hard as i have not received my delivery yet despite receiving and email that I would receive them on 15/09/20. Its now 18/09/20 and the courier has now received my parcel so I await my delivery. Hope its not too much longer😕

I did NOT return 4 pillows. The first two were too expensive to return, so my dogs are using them.
The second pair were bounce back pillows, which did not bounce back. They just left dents in them and you have seen photo's to prove this.
I returned them at a cost of £6.20 and am appalled that you won’t refund this as they were faulty and not 'not to my liking'...

Back in June I ordered a pair of satin stripe pillows for my partner but unfortunately the seams were not stitched correctly so I emailed to advise and ask if I could have replacements. I had an immediate response from Dan who assured me replacements would be sent. After further communications the pillows arrived. I cannot say enough how helpful Dan was, always quick to respond to keep me updated. And the pillows are amazing. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys, you are first class.

Initial order was completed easily and goods arrived promptly. Loved both the pillows and the duvet.
Exchanging an item proved more difficult - initially struggled to find the return address although this has now been rectified on the website. I’m still waiting for replacement item, apparently down to the courier but I would have liked more regular unprompted communication about the status without having to ask.

Had an issue with one of the pillows that I ordered.

However this has been resolved very quickly and a replacement is being sent out ASAP.
