Finally a good night's sleep!
Saw Tom on Masterchef and remembered him from Apprentice so we thought we would buy 2 ultra firm pillows to try out. We've had them for 2 weeks now and can honestly say they are so comfy, best sleep we've had in years! And no neck pain!
Ordering some more for family now as they've heard how much we love them!

Excellent pillows, well made and extremely comfortable. The pillows bounce back every time. I have gone from needing two pillows to sleep on to just one of these! Fantastic and speedy delivery too. Will definitely purchase more in the future! Thanks Thomas, Bosh! 😊

I purchased two satin stripe hotel…
I purchased two satin stripe hotel quality pillows from this company in January. When they arrived, I opened the packaging and the pillows absolutely stank. I immediately contacted the company asking to return the pillows and be issued a refund. There was no response & as I purchased these pillows via PayPal, I opened a paypal case. PayPal contacted the company who never responded. PayPal issued me my refund.
This company have never responded to my complaint and keep reporting this review to remove it. If only they spent the time they spend reporting reviews responding to their customers maybe feedback would improve.

We have tried to make contact to sort this out but have been told there is nothing we can do as they are not willing to find a resolution with us. Unfortunately, this unconfirmed situation will remain a blip on here as Trustpilot are not willing to work with us on this either.

Excellent Reliable Service
Excellent service emailed Fluffy Pillow Company on Monday night with my details for a double mattress enquiry. By 11.15am on Tuesday 21 June Tom had rung me. Placed an order for a double mattress on the next North run. Tom informed me that the next North run was on Friday 24 July and asked me to text him my address details. Advised me that l would get a call on Friday informing me what time my delivery would be. Stayed in until around 3pm then decided to go out to the pub. Just got back from pub around 6.50pm and Lanks rang me to inform me he would be delivering my mattress around 7.30pm to Kingswinford in the West Midlands. Arrived around 7.35pm and Lanks helped my boyfriend get the mattress onto the landing upstairs. Lanks and his colleague were both very friendly and professional. Had a quick glass of pop bit of banter about football and then were on the way to their next delivery. Slightly disappointed Tom didn't deliver my mattress but couldn't fault the service l received. Looking forward to my new pillows arriving shortly. New mattress is so comfy and will be recommending them to all my friends one of which only lives a mile from me and also wants to purchase a new double mattress.
