I put the wrong address on flyer
I put the wrong address on flyer, usually Jason send me a preview? But this time I didn’t get one, hence contacting Jason, he said they already even mailed. Now I have 5k flyers that I can’t use.😔

Thank you for your feedback Phyllis. I am sorry to hear about the issue with your flyers and I understand how frustrating this must be.
To clarify, your order was placed on January 6th, and as per your “Need Asap” request, it was printed and shipped the next day to meet your deadline. Since the artwork was provided by you, we processed it as-is to ensure a quick turnaround. Proofs are typically only provided for orders in which we create the design, and in this case, the file you submitted was used as the final proof.
We work hard to ensure that every order is handled efficiently and accurately, and we regret that this issue stemmed from an error in the submitted artwork. Unfortunately, the flyers had already been printed and shipped on January 7th and we weren't notified about the error until January 12th. We hope this helps clarify our process.
