I purchased a tent for our Nonprofit organization. Closet of living hope. we operate on 100% donations not receiving any payment for ourself ,we all hold a full time job to support ourselves, needless to say that westshade was understanding of our situation and worked with us in every way they could possible, from customer service, customizations ,design files, items, shipping and more. we have yet to receive the tent, i just ordered it, But so far, i could not be happier.
