Best experience I've had with an online company in a long time. I never waited longer than a couple hours for response to questions. They provided quality products just as advertised and even delivered a week earlier than expected. You get what you pay for. Totally worth the money.

Awesome experience, I got a call from a representative within 30 minutes or so to assist with the process and kept in touch with rapid responses throughout the process. The customer service side of this business is beyond reproach.

The design and sales team have been fantastic during the beginning of this process. Rapid responses to all my emails and even took a phone call from me to go over some finer details that were difficult to get through via email. Great experience so far. After calling several companies, I had difficulty getting a mockup and a follow-up on the phone; West Shade was very quick to respond to calls or emails. Leo and Max were very helpful, and we made it happen at my speed.
