The Food Market Avis 

Placed a small order for the 1st time to check quality etc. Only 1 of the 3 items arrived, so ended up paying more delivery than would have chosen otherwise. Resolved in the end with refund plus postage, which was appreciated but the process has put me off using this company again.

The Food Market is where you get ingredients not available at any other site. Super service

Disappointing. Delivery arrived with missing items and replacements without prior agreement. They apologised and sorted it in the end, but it took a while and I was left without the gift I’d ordered, therefore had to order something from elsewhere, and the need was over once the right stuff arrived. Annoying and frustrating.

Placed an order with these guys and a query arose regarding delivery. Their customer service was impeccable, responding to emails within an hour or so & extremely helpful, safe to say I was very impressed. The product was a gift for a friend who absolutely loved it ❣️

It was necessary to contact The food market when a delivery had gone awry. The response was immediate and extremely helpful solving the disappointment without hesitation.

This was my first order with the Food Market and was so pleased with the service provided I cannot rate then highly enough. The communication was excellent and I was informed every step of the way as regards my order status. As for the packaging, [my order was for butter] it arrived in the middle of a heatwave in perfect condition thanks to ice packs and special cooling wraps.
I can only say give them a try and you wont be dissapoointed

Customer service was excellent. Ordered raspberry and redcurrant jam which I have never seen on sale before. It was so tasty. Also tried some different cheeses and was not disappointed. Delivery was very prompt.
