What a great find bringing together lovely artisan products on one site. I ordered some interesting beers and an unusual Scottish alcohol free spirit.
What’s even better is that The Foodmarket is supported by a very friendly customer service who are at hand to help and sort out any problems, should the arise.
Highly recommended!

We had a faulty item which was from an outside supplier and we mailed The FoodMarket and within hours they had told us our replacement was being shipped first class.

Had such a brilliant experience with the team at The Food Market. I made 2 orders with one if the merchants, however only one was delivered. After contacting the team, they chased this up for me and resolved the issue. The team kept in contact with me and provided regular updates, which was very impressive given that this was over the Christmas period! A big thank you to Angie & Rui! I found them both very helpful, polite and positive.

I bought 4 vegan mince pies that were delicious. What got me was the unecessary and replaceable single-use plastic packaging. I will look out for an urgent change in your nature unfriendly packaging policy before buying your products again. 😔

There was a small issue with my order recieved just before Christmas. It was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and I'll certainly be ordering again. Oh, and the cheese was lovely!

I ordered a very small item from this company. Sadly, it appeared that it got lost in the post. However, Angie at the company swiftly sorted things out and I was sent a replacement.
I am very impressed by how much care was taken of my tiny order from this company.

Even though I didn’t receive the correct item from the merchant, the food market were extremely helpful and quick with responses which you don’t get much nowadays with customer service. They contacted the merchant for me and managed to get me a refund pretty quickly! Thank you again, highly recommended using the food market!
