I am so pleased with my footstool and it’s a gorgeous colour pink. My order was delivered sooner than I was expecting and the delivery company were also very good. I highly recommend this company.

This is the second footstool that I have ordered from The Footstool Workshop and once again the product is brilliant. I'm extremely happy with it and the delivery was great.

I ordered and received 2, sturdy well made stools of excellent quality. I would definitely order again from Footstool workshop. The order took some time but as this was over the Christmas break and with covid issues I undertand the delay.

Absolutely delighted with the footstool, not only is it exceptional quality but the customer service and delivery process was excellent throughout. This is clearly a company that cares about their product and their customers.

Detailed Review:
I needed two custom made cube footstools and I contacted The Footstool Workshop. I wanted the covers to be removable. This was not an option The Footstool Workshop already offered, but they were happy to do it for me. I was initially sceptical if they would manage to get it right since it was not something that they had done before.
The Customer Services advisors were very prompt and very professional and detailed with their responses. The whole ordering process looked professional and automated. All these things were very reassuring to a first-time customer.

I placed an initial order for one stool. I just wanted to see how the end product would look like. Four weeks later, as expected, I received my stool. The delivery was booked through a specialist furniture delivery company. Perhaps it was a little bit expensive for a small stool, however, I knew all this in advance before I placed the order.
The stool looked fantastic, exactly like I imagined it. They managed to successfully make the cover removable and they did it perfectly.
I placed a second order for a second stool.
In parallel we had a conversation for some custom-made cushions and I placed a new order. They then notified me that they were concerned about a specific detail involving the zips. We concluded not to proceed with the order and gave me a full refund. This is professionalism and honesty rarely seen these days.
The production of the second stool was affected by the lockdown because of the pandemic. That was obviously understandable!
When I received the second stool I was very pleased! I did notice that it was slightly bigger than the first. I contacted Customer Services and they arranged for the stool to be collected, altered and returned to me in no time! The stool in the end was absolutely perfect! I am happy that this happened. It may sound strange, but The Footstool Workshop have proved how professional they are and how they deal with issues when things go wrong slightly.
Finally, they did something remarkable: I was thinking of making a spare cover for the stools just in case. I contacted them to get an estimate. Their response surprised me: they offered to do it free of charge!!! I have now my free spare cover! A very big thank you!

Service was excellent and the product is of the highest quality.

The customer care provided by The Footstool Workshop is outstanding. Our footstool showed signs of excessive wear after a year. The Workshop did not hesitate to replace the footstool with a new one and collect the damaged one. The replacement came with different feet. When I mentioned this, the original feet were packaged up and returned to us. Brilliant!

We ordered a large wool footstool during lockdown and have been so pleased with the service (quick and efficient) and the quality of the finished product). They even sent us a sample of the fabric we had chosen as we hadn't requested it, to ensure we were happy with our choice before they started making it. The delivery drivers were also very helpful (we live on the third floor with no lift :)
