I purchased the Beaker Bong a few months ago. Never had a problem until my bunny rabbit (2 kg in wt) bumped the Bing. It tipped over and fell the distance of the arc in relation to the height of the Bong tipping over. Not a very far distance, less than 18" in a gently curving arc. It hit the rug and promptly fractured leaking glycerine everywhere. In over sixty years I have never had a glass bong fall over, pulled by gravity alone with no extra force, hit a soft rug and literally fractyre into several pieces. No, it wasn't frozen at the time. It was at room temperature. Nit a happy customer.

IT is a great product well worth the money I highly recommend .

I purchased the mini enail as an addition to my collection. Got home from a work trip today exciting open it up and try it out, only to find that there is no charging cable or 2nd bowl. Looks as if this was a returned product they just sent back out. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

No Problems
No Fuss

Very worth the prices for the value you get. And knowing that the product is expensive to make its justified also a nicely made website for the products listed.

Great product, even greater customer service. Will repeat business due to the prompt resolution to an issue I had with a part.

little to no coughing, big enough bowl piece. conversation starter!

great product, learn how much tar is realy being produced and protected from your lungs.

Everything about it is true. Product is better then my expectations for something so brilliant.

Great prices made even better with discount codes. Can't wait for the two pieces I ordered to get here.

IDK if this device is worth it or not but I do know this vendor tries to screw you by adding in other products and jacking up the price.
Not cool!!!`

I got a beaker bong and I had an issue. I had to wait for the coil to get cold and still find myself waiting sometimes so I have purchased and additional coil. If you purchase a bong be sure to get yourself a second coil other than that best investment I've ever made. Most improved smoke sesh ever.

The freeze pipe is exactly as advertised. I bought the hand Pipe spiral. I absolutely love it! You can take such big hits and you really don’t feel it or if you want to take smaller hits, you can do that as well. I love the removable bowl piece. I would recommend buying a spare one, but one will do You just fine as well.

I bought the Freeze Pipe: Spiral
Not worth the price, it's way to difficult to use, and don't waste money on the stone holder, it's not worth getting. The mouth piece is awkward and does not lend itself to use, there should ahve been a rubber tip sonce the entire thing is frozen. It is hard to hold onto as well for the same reason and when it becomes easier to hold onto the cold marketing is not there anymore. it is just a poor design all around and I wold not waste any more money on it.

Worst customer service. Substandard product. Absolute GIMMICK mini dab rig banger broke 4th time it was heated. Broke at the stem hot bowl crashed on stainless steel tray on my lap...... less than a day later the extended glycerin chamber broke while simply lifting it up BY THE BASE, because it was to top heavy.
Standard freeze pipe bowls fall out so don't use it in bed...products Substandard for the price and most importantly they are DANGEROUS!!!!

I’ve purchased a bong in the past from freeze pipe & it completely changes your smoking experience when it comes to smoking tree. So smooth so cold

I bought a spiral freeze pipe and it's not what was described. I still cough a lot so the tokes aren't any smoother than the rest of my smoking devices. I dont recommend this to anyone it's a gimmick so now I have a cool $80 pipe to look at.

Good glass. Great smoke. I've had many bongs and recyclers looking for a nice clean smoke that carries flavor tell the end. These definitely do.

I was sold the first time I saw the product. I am a medicinal user, and I bought a freeze pipe on the advice of my pulmonologist- who advised that if I was going to smoke anyway (he officially advised against that, of course) that the Freeze Pipe could mitigate some of the thermal damage from smoking. Thanks Freeze Pipe!

Great product. I highly recommend, nothing I have tried hits smoother.

Great product, great customer service too.
Our hand pipe gives smooth, chilly rips for sure, but I’d prefer a piece that’s a tad bit smaller for smaller (ladies’) hands like mine. It doesn’t stay super frosty for as long as we’d like, but we have a cold stone on its way so hopefully that will help. Also not a super fan of the removable bowl…. Not because it’s removable, but because it doesn’t have a gasket or anything to keep it secure so it is only a matter of time before it falls out while passing the pipe around. That said, neither “complaint” is troublesome enough to remove a star from the rating.
Overall we are quite happy with our Freeze Pipe, would order again, and definitely recommend to others.
