Established in 2020, The Fruit Moth is the brainchild of Nicole Broad. Having bought a sewing machine in lockdown and sitting on a pile of beautiful vintage linens collected in charity shops, Nicole started designing and making accessories in her spare bedroom. Fast forward to now, The Fruit Moth has a store inside Manchester Craft & Design Centre in the heart of the Northern Quarter, has collaborated with Uniqlo to support their sustainability pledge and has won awards within the Manchester business community. Having just secured approval from Liberty London, The Fruit Moth creations are luxury pieces designed to be enjoyed and loved for a lifetime. Using only French seams and the highest quality luxurious natural fabrics, they are as comfortable as they are beautiful to wear.

Everything about the Fruitmoth is charming, well designed and carefully thought through.
I am difficult to please with hats, having a big bonce and a tendency to look like a mushroom in the wrong millinery
Fruitmoth sent me two glorious hats and I chose the reversible liberty one. It looks great - bright, cheery, unique and it fits!

Fabulous lady, fabulous shop
I have bought so many things from Nicole and the quality is brilliant. So much love goes into everything - the fabric choices, the stitching, and so on. This butterfly dress I bought this time is even better than I imagined. And Nicole is lovely. You can never go wrong ordering from her shop!
