MISSLEADING

It's no surprise how many companies are out there offering fuel cards, and The Fuel Store is just one of them.

I have been contacted by K.S. He sounded very lovely, we had a friendly chat and I agreed to open an account with The Fuel Store.

It was all good until I was called by K.S. to confirm the opening of the account as well as to let me know the 'cards' are on their way. I was told I am getting a TheFuelStore Advantage fuel card, which sounds great hearing 'Advantage', however, he forgot to mention that the card is a TOP-UP version of the fuel card. Unfortunately I have discovered it the hard way, at the till trying to pay for the fuel I've already poured into my van.

Not only would cost me more to used this type of card, also, they want the money upfront.

This is just another example how badly regulated Britain is. The worrying fact is that the Tory's want to cut more of the RED TAPE and make Britain a WILD WEST.

Nishaan called me to ask about fuel cards which we already had a supplier for but the price per litre Nishaan gave me was a lot lower. We have just got the cards and they are beating the pump price every week so far. Nishaan has been great at calling me back at agreed times and days to make sure everything is working out, he has been very polite and given great customer service so far.

Nishaan has been absolutely brilliant. He explained everything very clearly, over and again if I forgot. He phoned and checked in regularly through the set up process and would arrange a time and date suitable to me if needed. Can't fault him at all.

The prices we now pay for diesel are great and hopefully will save us plenty of money in the future, and for a cheap yearly cost and a donation to charity. Feel good factor all round.

I had a prepayment fuel card with this company, after a few months they convinced me to go for the other card where the invoice me weekly I was promised it will be at least 2p per litre every week compared to my prepayment card which I was happy with, if there was a charge for this card as I had already paid for two prepayment cards they said no charge, perfect what could be better it's cheaper per litre also there's no charge as I have already paid for two cards which they are going to discontinue, I was charged for the card and there was no such thing as 2p litre cheaper, I was told by my rep, whoever told me this was a lie he promised to sort it out and refund me which had been a good few months I have stopped using them I will cancel my subscription as they are scanners like most for fuel called companies. convinced me to leave her a good positive review I had phone call after phone call until I left the review after that nobody wants to know.

Good service solves fastest proplem they always in touch thank you and best cheap fuel prices.
