We are a small family run business in regional Victoria. Our store ties in with our remedial massage clinic and movement space. We are a stockist of VIVOBAREFOOT shoes, Injinji socks, Wili Heat Bags and Silver clove balm to name a few. We take pride in providing good old fashioned customer service and trying to get our orders in the post as fast as we can!

I thought they did a great job with communication
I thought they did a great job with communication and service. I ordered a pair of vivos online but unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock after I’d ordered.
I spoke to Kimberly via email who offered me a swap to a different shoe or a refund. I just got the other shoe which was the same style just different colour which arrived pretty fast.
Would definitely buy from them again :)

The letter inside explaining what to do if they didn't fit properly. Lucky for me they were the correct size.
