Order came quickly. Shoes were well boxed and in great condition. Daughter loves her unicorn shoes. Grateful to find a stockist for Be Lenka shoes for her higher foot profile!

Professional, personable service
The team at The Functional Joint were incredibly helpful and offered really personalised service. The communication on my order was excellent and they were prompt to reply when I sought assistance. Kimberley was super friendly to deal with and I was very grateful to receive a toe spacer gift. My children love their vivo barefoots and I’ll definitely be coming back to support this small business for our next purchase.

Great service
I had a question about Maro socks and Kimberley replied to my enquiry really quickly with all the info I needed. She even contacted the owner of Maro to make sure she was giving the correct advice. I ordered and my parcel was on it's way in no time. Super happy with my whole experience.

Excellent customer Service!
Kimberley was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She helped me with the measurements of my shoe size and gave me a lot of information about shoe sizes. She responded promptly to my emails and phone calls and also helped me to get a refund of $10 for the subscription I forgot to include in my purchase. Also delivery was super fast! I would recommend this company to other people! Thank you so much for your help and excellent customer service!
