Organising a survey was very quick and efficient. I got a quote the same day and managed to sort out financing without any issues. The install was done at a convenient date over two days as I was changing over the radiators as well. Adam did a very good job but he did have to sort out an extra radiator as he hadn't received the right one and he did mention the measurements taken hadn't been exactly right but he put some extra fittings and got it done. Overall, very pleased as all the issues were fixed with no need for me to even worry about it. Also want to mention that Ann at the office was very helpful in answering questions and making sure the job had been done as requested and I was satisfied with the outcome.

Excellent! Called for a professional boiler replacement assessment and got a clear and straight quote, including clear explanations. Decided to go for it and I was lucky that there was an opening in the schedule the next day. Full installation was done within a few hours by Adam. Everything up and running to my satisfaction. Great support as well with a follow up call whether all was ok. Can highly recommend this company.

First class service from start to finish. Anne in the office kept us updated at all times. John assessed and explained the costings for new heating system. The Glasgow Boiler company quoted us over £500 cheaper for installing the same boiler as British Gas did and fit it in one day with minimal disruption and inconvenience. Their boiler care package is also much cheaper than the one we had before.

I would definitely recommend this company. The staff were all very helpful from Ann in the office,Tony the sales representative and Adam who fitted the boiler. Adam removed my old boiler and fitted new pipes and boiler with the minimum of fuss and took away all the old stuff.

Adam removed an old hot water tank boiler for a combo boiler with minimum of fuss and in good time.
He explained any issues that may occur and how to use the system going forward.

One more task ticked off in our new home and would be happy to recommend or use again.

JUST HAD A COMPLETE UPGRADE DONE.ANCIENT BACK BOILER, HOT WATER TANK AND FITTINGS ALL REMOVED.NOW HAVE A BIG EMPTY CUPBOARD.NEW COMBI AND RADIATORS FITTED.ALL DONE IN TWO DAYS.SHOULD HAVE A WARM HOME IN WINTER NOW.TEAM CLEANED UP AS THEY WENT.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND WOULD USE COMPANY AGAIN.
