The Glasgow Boiler Company Avis 

Very simple process. I needed a new boiler and I contacted The Glasgow Boiler Company. They then arranged a mutually agreeable time for one of their representatives (Angela) who visited my property and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and the boiler was fitted the following week. The engineer who fitted the boiler was on time, clean and tidy. No complaints at all.

Top marks to this company first phone call to Ann to arrange the survey was done very quickly Angela done the survey she was was friendly ,informative and talked us through the whole process ,The replacement of the boiler was done by Andrew and Patrick , these guys were great only took a few hours left no mess got it all took away we were left with no mess at all after they had left ,showed us how the new unit worked and then it was all good to go .Thank you glasgow boiler company you were all fab ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent all round. Ann and Angela are spot on in dealing with admin and quotation which is very reasonable compare to others. Andrew and Patrick were on time and completed the new boiler installation efficiently without fuss. They seem to enjoy and take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend Glasgow Boiler. Well done!!

Really friendly and professional office team (Ann and Angela). Euan came out to fit the boiler and was happy to share bits of information about what he was doing when we showed interest, generally a really impressive job especially with only one person working on it. He ran through how to use the thermostat with me afterwards. Unfortunately the utility room afterwards was pretty messy, worktop damaged, and there were a few teething issues, however this was redeemed by Euan's manager and the efficient office team who refunded me for parts fitted that were different to the specification.

I would've given 4.5 stars but it's reduced to 4 stars because of the following: My partner organised the fitting, however as it's my house, the boiler is in my name and we let Ann in the office know this after I kept getting emails in his name. Unfortunately all communications are still titled to my partner which is a bit frustrating when I've paid so much for something!

Had a new boiler fitted recently and after a small problem over winter, arranged an engineer call out. Managed to sort the problem myself and called to cancel the call out and was told the cost would be refunded. After 6 weeks there was no refund and when I contacted them, they apologetically said it had been a mix up and very quickly dealt with it. First class work on the install, and very good after service. 👍👍

The Glasgow Boiler company fitted a my new boiler. Angela came out for the survey and was very friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly, as well as recommending the right boiler for my needs and no upselling. Brian fitted my boiler tidily and efficiently, and when I was having issues with it after setup he came straight out and sorted them on the same day. Ann was also very helpful with arranging appointments. I highly recommend the Glasgow Boiler Company. Thank you again!

Full central heating system put in which took only two days to complete. We are very happy we chose The Glasgow Boiler Company. Our engineers Andrew and Patrick were great from start to finish and nothing was to much trouble. They were very obliging in answering any questions we had. Overall a great experience with this team.

Andrew and Patrick were on time and good workers, i had a problem with a small gas leak and they got the gas board out to fix it. I highly recommend them and your company.
I will be recommending them to my sister and other family members.

After being without a boiler for over a week, Angela, Anne and Brian all worked to get me up and running with a new system within days of phoning for initial quote.
Angela was very knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell a boiler that we didn't need for our purposes.
Brian was very helpful, quick and tidy.
Anne called to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend the Glasgow Boiler Company. They fitted my new boiler on the 11 Jan 2023. The staff member was very experienced, friendly and I was very pleased with the speed of the work. The whole service was very streamlined from the moment you choose your boiler to the date of the fitting. They explain how the boiler works as well so its very easy to understand.

I couldn't recommend The Glasgow Boiler Company highly enough. I got a number of other quotes from other companies to replace a 25 year old boiler, Glasgow Boiler Company wasn't quite the cheapest (although it was nowhere near the most expensive!) but the price was very reasonable and definitely excellent value for money as it was obvious that they all knew their stuff right from the start and it was quick and painless process from start to finish.

Some other companies I had quotes from were making a song and dance about it being second floor flat (despite it being a straight combi to combi swap) and were even looking for 'technical drawings' of the gap pipework in the building and permission from the property factor to change the flue even though I own the property which made no sense to me. I had never replaced a boiler before so it all felt very confusing an overwhelming - until I had a call with Thomas at Glasgow Boiler Company! Thomas looked at the boiler on video call and assured me that it was a straight forward installation, and that the engineers would know exactly what to do without any drawings or permissions. He answered all of my questions in simple terms, and made me feel like it was going to be so much less of a headache to replace the boiler than I originally thought. He left the quote with me with no pressure, there was no pushy sales techniques which I really appreciated.

From accepting the quote, the installation date was 4 working days later which I thought was great, particularly for this time of year. All of the info that was sent through before installation was really helpful too.

When Andrew and Patrick arrived on the day to install, they were absolutely great - arrived on time, polite, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything about how the new controls/thermostat etc works. They took the time to test everything and make sure it was all working properly before leaving, and they were done by lunch time! I had though it would be a really messy/dusty job and there would be a fair bit of clean up afterwards, but you really wouldn't know any work had been done! I couldn't believe how quick it was. My new boiler looks brilliant and works perfectly - massive thank you to Andrew and Patrick!

Also want to say thank you to Ann and the other ladies I spoke to at the office (sorry, didn't catch names!), everyone was really helpful and couldn't do enough for you, and there was no pushy sales.

Hopefully I won't be buying another boiler any time soon, but I will 100% be recommending to anyone who might be looking for one. Thanks guys!

I had been let down by our previous boiler care provider and due to negligence was left with no working boiler or heating. The Glasgow Boiler Company answered our call for help during the Christmas period and arranged a property survey on the 4th January, Angela really knows her stuff and was very efficient at detailing the job after hearing what our current situation was. I knew what was needed and there was no over selling done and fixed quote given there and then. Today we had our new boiler and radiator installed, by Brian. They again were efficient and cleaned up after themselves taking the old boiler away. The gas safety certification was provided along with the warranty information for the new boiler (came with 10 year guarantee). The Boiler Care Cover , the same level of cover that we have previously, is half the premium and still getting the benefit of:
- 2 years onto your guarantee
- a yearly boiler service
- heating, plumbing and radiator cover
- unlimited callouts
- no contract (cancel anytime)

Would highly recommend The Glasgow Boiler Company. From Angela coming out to help choose the new boiler and answering any queries, Euan fitting the boiler and explaining how everything worked even showing and answering the kids inquisitive questions they had to Ann in the office with aftercare the whole process was a lot less stressful than i imagined. They all explained everything that was needed and were very helpful. Thank you i will definitly be recommending you to others.

Had a boiler fitted today. Andrew and Patrick were prompt, professional and friendly. They completed the job quickly without even stopping for a drink. Great experience dealing with the glasgow boiler company, very professional to the initial quote to the engineers that fitted the new boiler very happy with everything, they made everything easy.

Waheid turned up on time, fitted boiler, no mess at all , rubbish removed. Waheid was excellent throughout and explained how everything worked. A dramaless half day , fantastic !

Excellent from start to finish from the first call to the installation excellent service ,firstly Ann and Angela in our timevof need with the paperwork work, to Andrew and Patrick on the installation all went above and beyond the two guys arrived early In the snow made the whole day so streamlined and stress free the customer service and guidance was of a high standard Andrew and Patrick explained every detail of the installation using there expertise even removing some pipework inside and out was finished to a high standard recommend using this company to anyone as nothing was a hassle

New boiler fitted just in time for Xmas, turned up on time for the survey/quote and for the day of fitting.... and did an excellent job too! Everyone I spoke to was helpful and happy, cracking customer service!
