Plenty of choice

Plenty of choice, easy to navigate through all options, reliable and speedy delivery. The grade 1 balls are in excellent condition and at a decent price.

Really pleased.

Ordered 1 dozen ProV1s as a first order just to see the quality. Have to say I’m pleased. Really competitive price and the mint balls were excellent quality. 4 of the 12 had logos (I always use those first!) and one of those actually had my name on! I hope that was one of ‘The Golf Ball Guys’ going the extra mile.🤗

Ordering was a simple process

Ordering was a simple process, the product I bought was a reasonable price and exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying from these guys again.

Scuffed Balls. Terrible Service

Golf balls ordered were 'Mint' condition. Almost all of them arrived scuffed. Used them as normal.

I didn’t want to return balls that as they had been used. If you state MINT, ensure you send MINT condition balls. And don’t get your knickers in a twist and ChatGPT a quirky response 😂

Stick to Premier Lake Balls or Golf Ball God.

Take the feedback and the criticism on the chin. You keep talking about the one ball I sent an example of. Did you want 12 pictures of all 12 balls? Grade B at best. Learn how to grade properly as it’s the foundation of your business. And please do ‘warn’ the other businesses mentioned about me, been using them both for a while and will continue to do so.

I said I’d remove the review as I was happy for you to rectify the issue. You did want to. No one demanded anything. Nature of business when someone mis-sells you something, normally a goodwill gesture is offered. But your first email was just excuses.

Please don't accuse us of being scammers, fraudulent or a counterfeit businesses.
Our reviews and very easy returns policy (that nobody has actually used yet) are a testament that we offer a great product and customer service.
We are one of the biggest selling hand golf ball sellers in the UK supplying a great product to tens of thousands of happy customers per year.

For clarity again, the product purchased was Mint/Grade A, not Mint-only.
This product is clearly described on our website as a mixture of both grades.
You contacted us claiming that almost all of the balls were chipped. When we asked for photos so we could assess the issue, the only image received showed a single golf ball with a minor cosmetic mark. If the golf balls were generally outside our grading description, we can discuss a solution but you went straight in with "send me another order plus extras or I'll leave a review" which doesn't sit well with me.
As with every customer, we explained that we offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy and were happy to get them collected for free and give you a full refund.
You later informed us that you couldn't return the golf balls because they had already been used/lost.
We always do our best to resolve genuine issues and would have welcomed the opportunity to do so here but you were demanding a new order, plus extras without any evidence that the order was outside our grading description. There isn't a company in the country that would do that so I'm not sure why you expected us to do that.
We have a very simple returns policy if you're not happy with your order.
Contact us, we will get them collected FREE of charge with Royal mail at a convenient time for you, as soon as they are delivered back to our door we give you a FULL refund including postage.
Demanding a new order plus extras and threatening us with a negative review after you've already lost the original order isn't fair.
