Quality golf balls at a reasonable price. The mint condition ones are the ball of choice. No marks ( other than logos).

No response from customer service
Placed an order and my old address was still registered. The website gives you a couple of minutes to amend your order and information which i did. I then emailed them to confirm if the address had been changed and received no response. The next day i received an email saying my order was on the way and I noticed the address was still wrong so I emailed them again to ask if they could change the shipping label before the courier collects the parcel and once again no response. My parcel has now gone missing at my old property and nobody even bothered to reach out. Also paid for next day delivery and my order was delivered 3 days after. Customer service team seem not to exist. Bought from them before and had no issue with the balls.

I tried calling you this morning to discuss this and hopefully resolve the issue.
Having reviewed the order, I can see that it was placed on Thursday 21st at 11:24am, shortly before our same-day dispatch cut-off time. The original delivery address entered on the order was then amended a few minutes later. The address was updated correctly within our order system; however, for a reason we are currently investigating, the updated address did not transfer to the courier system that generates the shipping labels. This is not something we have encountered before.
You also emailed us regarding the address change. When we checked the order, the amended address was already showing correctly in our system. We then received a further email from you at 5:40pm on Friday 22nd asking us to confirm the address had been updated. Unfortunately, this was received after we had closed for the Bank Holiday weekend and was not picked up until Tuesday 26th when we reopened.
In the meantime, the parcel had already been dispatched and was delivered on Sunday 24th. As the order was sent on Thursday and you selected our 1–2 working day delivery service, the delivery fell within the expected delivery timeframe.
We have not received any correspondence from you since delivery advising that the parcel had not been received. Following the Bank Holiday weekend, we were working through a particularly high volume of orders and enquiries. When reviewing the order, the tracking information showed the parcel as successfully delivered, so there was nothing to indicate a delivery issue at that stage.
We appreciate that this situation has been frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are currently investigating why the address update did not transfer to the courier system so we can prevent this from happening again.

Incredible service! I needed a particular ball that I could use regularly, and they had it sorted for me effortlessly. Placed my order on Monday morning, and by Tuesday afternoon, it was already delivered. Their efficiency left me delighted!

The balls received were of very different condition. Some very good and some poor like they had been in the bottom of a lake for a couple of years and gone yellow which would be fine if I’d bought poor condition balls. I was giving these guys a try as heard they were local but I think I’ll go back to previous supplier who seem to be more consistent in grade if the balls.

I'll start this reply by saying I've searched our orders and we haven't had an order from an "Anthony Jones" in the last 12 months? So it might be worth doubling checking you've got the correct company?
If the order is under a different name and you actually did order from us then I don't understand why people leave reviews like this without contacting the company first. If you have an issue we will always do our best to sort you out. If we don't then you're well in your rights to leave a review but at least give a company a chance first.
We have a no hassle 30 days return policy if you're not happy with your order. We would get them collected with Royal Mail at a convenient time and give you a full refund when they get back to us.

Absolutely Faultless – Won’t Buy New Balls Again
I ordered 48 mint TP5x balls and honestly couldn’t believe how perfect everything was. I usually only buy new balls, but my new course is on clay and heavy in winter, which means I lose a lot of balls—even from the fairway. I thought I’d give these guys a try and I’m so glad I did.
The whole process was faultless: free and super-fast delivery, the balls were in mint condition, and they even included some free tees.
I’m absolutely gobsmacked at the quality and value—I genuinely can’t see myself buying new balls again. Brilliant service, brilliant product. Highly recommended!
