Was selling a modest flat. The fees and add-ons quoted by the usual suspects were completely disproportionate to the value of the property. The Good Estate agent charged a much more realistic 1%+VAT. Not only that, their fee included accompanied viewings, which I didn't expect. Ongoing dialogue with the local agent and a quick sale at the market price made the whole process a very smooth one.

Michelle from The Good Estate Agent has been excellent. She was professional throughout. She listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing advice and support. The real unique difference to other agents is she was always available working well beyond office hours as she really puts her heart and soul into her business. Where to start? From day one Mark was always honest, upfront, reliable and easily contactable which is just what you need when selling a house!

In rural areas, a handful of estate agents usually manipulate and control the property market between them.
I really had a bad experience with a couple of them in Hythe.

Absolutely fantastic service whilst renting a property for 6 months in Hythe. Really flexible and responded to our needs immediately to fix any issues.
