Haven't had need of the services of an estate agent for some time, but needed to put my late mothers house up for sale following probate. Full disclosure: I have had some pretty poor experiences in the past so was not expecting any different.
Contacted Michelle Ferbrache who covers Hythe, Kent and surrounding areas, who was a breath of fresh air. Photos taken, listing approved and property on the market within 24 hours. Comission and length of contract very sensible. She carried out all viewings, chased for responses and we felt like she did all she could despite us listing at a time of market slowdown. She was happy to listen to our ideas and gave excellent advice right back. Once buyers were found, she continued to chase both sets of solicitors for updates and passed on communication from the buyers to smooth things along. The Good Estate Agents are a new breed of agents, Michelle worked tirelessly for us. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Estate Agents this is a fresh approach to how sellers should be looked after during what is a very important and stressful process.

Awful experience with the Leigh branch. We listed for sale then changed our mind and had to ask several times for the board to be removed and the Rightmove listing (which had our full address on not just street) to be taken down. When I left a review on their Facebook page it was taken down and board collected within hours.
Nearly a month later somebody has just shared my house: still live on their own website!
Clearly all left up to entice people to contact them and allow them to link them to properties that are available. Absolutely would swerve these they seem customer focused but actually they’re no different to the rest of estate agents

Tried to make an appointment for viewing an Edinburgh property. Both landline and mobile numbers just go to voicemail, with no return call.
Perhaps the Vendor might wonder why his property has been on the market for several months now without obtaining any offer?

We switched to Michelle after spending 20 weeks on the market with a more traditional high street based estate agent.

Michelle insisted that our property hadn’t been correctly marketed by our previous agent.

When my Mum went into a Nursing Home it was a stressful time to get her house sold to fund her ongoing needs. Seymours in Camberley were amazing throughout and I cannot fault the service they provided. I would highly recommend them for the advise they gave me and the work they put in to achieve a quick sale. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them .

Awful. No reply to online requests for viewing in Folkestone. Phone goes to an automated bot who doesn’t understand what is being said and likes to his hang up. I have tried five different avenues to get a viewing of a property but no one gets back to me. Who would anyone use this company? I don’t understand
