I instructed Terence Cunningham from the Good Estate Agent because I liked his approach and no hard sell like some other EAs can be. I was selling my late Mother’s house so a hard thing for me to do; but Terence took great care during a very difficult sale (the buyers were a nightmare) but he pushed through the sale. Communication from him was first class either through WhatsApp or phone. Thoroughly recommend.

We switched to Michelle after a few months with a different estate agent and hardly any viewings and we’re so glad we did. Michelle is different from other estate agents for several reasons, she’s willing to accommodate people who work by arranging viewings at times that suit them, she listens to feedback and advises accordingly, she’s honest and best of all, you get to deal with the same (very likeable) person throughout.
