Doing what any reputable company should do! Good efficient on time service of boiler at a competitive price.but do we really need bombarding with emails after every purchase/service etc?

Recently had my boiler serviced for…
Recently had my boiler serviced for winter. Managed to get a good time avoiding my work schedule.
Frank came to do this and helpfully texted first just to check timing etc.
He was very professional and explained the things he was checking. He was extremely respectful whilst in the house and very focused on the job.
This is a very friendly and consistent company and I would recommend them to potential customers.
As customer service for many businesses has deteriorated, it is refreshing to deal with a company that offers an excellent service.

Friendly service from the start from…
Friendly service from the start from the office staff, the service engineer, and the fitter. Very efficient and delivered what was promised. During and after installation everything was kept clean and any mess was taken away.

Pleasure to deal with this company
Boiler Service Easy to arrange a date and time slot
Engineer Frank phoned on day with arrival time
Frank did a through job of servicing the boiler and checking the gas supply he also checked the carbon monoxide detector
Was very friendly and left everything clean and tidy.
Service & invoice cert sent through by e-mail and arrived quickly after service was finished.
I recommend this company if you want a professional job done on your boiler

Good service.
Very efficient. Boiler was fit day after I requested it. Installer was friendly. He left every thing clean and tidy. Staff on the phone were knowledgeable and helpful.
