2022: Stole my money, didn't reply to my emails. A terrible experience

2026: Apologised and resolved my issue very quickly and generously.

I'm afraid those 1 star reviews from 2022 all look plausible to me given the experience I had, but it's clear that the 2026 version is in a much more trustworthy state.

Swapping stickers is great fun, but it has become harder in recent years with it being more difficult to do it face to face.

In comes GotNeedSwap a great digital version of the swapping stickers model.

The site works well and is a great example of what a small group can do when they put their mind to something.

My first album was Mexico 86 that I completed with my Dad and now I have just completed USA 26 with my son.

Without GotNeedSwap this would have been a much tougher and more expensive process.

Its simple, easy to use and effective.

Hats off to the people who understand the passion of collecting during an event and provide a much needed service that works well.

I think the 1-star reviews are misleading and don't reflect my experience at all.

I had some payment issues on my end and spoke directly with Dan, who was very helpful and supportive in getting everything sorted.

The stickers arrived super fast (within a week), allowing me to complete my collection. After comparing several sites, including eBay, I found The Got Need Swap Shop to be the cheapest option by far.

Very disappointed I placed a order on the 20th December today is the 10th January and still not received my items

I have asked to return the items when they arrive as these were needed by today

The delivery time is very very poor

The 2 stars are for the people that do swap because the premise of the site is good. I however will not be using this site again due to ordering and paying for cards directly from the site and never receiving them or a refund. The last communication was an apology the they had been ill but neither cards or money has showed up. 9 year old left upset 😡

This site doesnt seem operational now, it links to a slot site with the email linking to a UK site that is just swapping nothing like the other site where i can buy cards and sticker packs. Did something happen?

After seeing a lot of negative reviews on here, I thought I need to write one about my experience. I found a card I needed to complete my sons adrenalyn xl 22/23. It's was half the price listed else where. It was easy to get logged in. Had regular emails keeping me informed and it was dispatched within a day or two of the order being placed. It was sent via first class signed for. Would definately use again.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 sticker books. None arrived. Emailed multiple times with no response.

I would give zero stars if possible. This website is a scam. I ordered 200 GBP of Panini cards in two orders and NEVER received either order. I sent an email, even called at least three times from the US--there is just a quick answering machine. No one ever returned my calls or got back to me in any way other than a form email saying possible delays. TOTAL RIP-OFF.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I ordered from here on 19th November nearly £30’s worth of items, still waiting! Nobody responds to emails, website is down!! Can’t believe it!

I bought a star signing tin back in November 2022 for a Christmas present and I’m still waiting for it!!! I’ve emailed so many times and no one has got back to me. Absolutely disgusting service!!

Ordered the Panini Spider-Man 60th Anniversary sticker album with sticker box on NOV 17 2022. Its December 23rd 2022, and nothing; about 5 weeks later. I know I am in far away Puerto Rico, but I sent them multiple emails and, first, I got an automated response saying they were having issues with shipping, but that the store would do anything it could to get things going. More time passed, and still NOTHING, so two or so days ago, send them another email and got the error message from gmail saying the store's email doesnt exist or can be found. Now, as of today, 12/23/2022, the website is DOWN. FCkers.

Made an order we still have the email. They have taken our money, do not respond to emails and when I try to log in to their site it says the email isn't recognised. This is a scam site DO NOT purchase from them. If you try to call the number (usa), no one answers. order TGNSS-5989 for nearly £130

GNS Took my 7yr son’s pocket money and 10 weeks later nothing received. Emails unanswered and phone line doesn’t work.
Wish I’d read these reviews before placing order on his behalf.

These people take your money, don’t reply to emails and you never receive the product. DO NOT USE THEM. You will lose your money.
