Not set up for people with Ltd interweb access…
Unfortunately company is not set up for people who have ltd Internet access. App can not be down loaded to phone and I have no other way of downloading. Do mot own laptop or computer and no inter band at home

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback Darren. To get the most out of our insurance, it is best that you have a smartphone with our app on it. This allows you to benefit from our Green Rewards and carbon offsets. However, you do not need to have access to a computer.

The web site was really easy to use…
The web site was really easy to use unlike a few other sites I had been on! Price was good, which is the main thing we are looking at with car insurance.
All the other things that come with buying car insurance were good as and the company looks good, I did review them before signing up.

Excessive cancellation charge
Had to cancel the insurance on my camper van that I took out in October 2024 as I sold it. So let's start with the £50 admin fee, then onto the £50 insurer's admin fee. That is now meaning that on top of the policy you have already paid for IN FULL, you now owe us £12.04 !!! Never ever again.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that the £12.04 should not have been charged, and we have now refunded this amount back to your card. You should see the refund in your account within the next 3–4 days.
We’re actively working on a solution to ensure this situation doesn’t happen again for any of our customers. With regards to the cancellation fees, as with other insurance providers, these charges help cover a small part of the cost of setting up your policy, including fees from price comparison sites. These fees are clearly outlined before a policy is taken out and are also published on our website.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our processes. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
