We appointed SmoothSale following eight weeks on the market with a local specialist agent who were unsuccessful in selling our property.

We were apprehensive at first as we hadn't heard of the company but they delivered exactly what they said they would.

From date of signing terms to date of signing the sale agreement, took exactly four weeks. Importantly for us, the vetting service and quality of viewers being sourced were proceedable only and no time wasters.

The process has been smooth indeed. Our contacts at SmoothSale, particularly our Property Investment Consultant, have been highly professional and provided us with clear and regular update and lines of communication.

Smoothsale sold our property for a price we were happy with (as good as we would have sold via an estate agent) and Cam did everything he could to ensure we achieved that price. Yes we had some stressful moments but on the whole Cam was professional and got us the price we had agreed on. Once the actual sale had commenced Sophie needs a very special mention because she acted as intermediary between all parties and simply without her things would have broken down between all the parties (a long chain) but she doggedly pushed everyone and I cannot recommend her enough. We now head to completion and the end of our experience with Smoothsale. It’s been interesting but the came good for us and can do the same for you.

I was buying a property through smooth sale and I would certainly use them to sell a property.
Cam and Sophie were excellent and really persistent in chasing things up. I would want this as a seller. I felt informed and in the loop. On the most part easy to get a hold of, and chased things for the buyer too.

Having recently been bereaved I was looking for a quick option to sell the house in what is the worst area of the country to secure a sale. I didn't want to use the two local estate agents as there service is known to be unreliable.

I was excited to buy my first home here, and the team was initially great to work with. Sadly, right before exchanging contracts, I was made redundant. I sent a message explaining my situation, but I never received a reply. I only knew they got the message because the property was put back on the market. While I understand they represent the seller, a brief message of acknowledgment or well wishes would have gone a long way. The total lack of communication at the end was very disappointing.

I spoke to Charles out of curiosity and found his approach particularly refreshing. He explained the business model in detail, and gave me honest advice. Many companies in this area give a ‘hard sell’ and offer false promises; however Charles actually did the opposite and explained why in my position other options were better.

Very Happy with the overall experience I had with smooth sale. Was very hesitant at first as never used this type of model before. I sent Ollie a lot of questions and emails before using them and he was patient, whilst answering everything in detail. I then was assigned Cam and he showed great communication, whilst giving great advice.
