So far so good, still currently in progress with the sale but staff have been helpful so far.

They were excellent in dealing not only with the sale procedure but also advising us during problems with our purchase.

Cameron was brilliant from start to finish. He guided me through the process in depth and explained everything clearly, especially as I didn’t know much beforehand. The customer service was professional and genuine, I would highly recommend.

Cameron was very helpful throughout the experience as well as being very knowledgeable giving me all the information I needed.

Brilliant staff. I bought a flat through SmoothSale and as many people do, I got tangled up with lots of unnecessary red tape that the lawyers on both sides were trying to create. The SmoothSale team were amazing at helping to navigate through the problems as they arrived, opening up channels of communication and powering on towards a completion date. A huge well done. They’ve held my hand every step of the way and have honestly made the process as smooth and painless as they could from their end. Sophie in particular was on the other end of the line when I was having painful issues with my legal team, she let me rant, cry and then even chased them on my behalf multiple times. I couldn’t be more grateful to have gone through it with this pair-simply the best team!!!

Great service from smooth sale! Proactive and super efficient

I have no qualms recommending this business no anyone. They’re quick, fair and great at what they do in my opinion. I was really impressed by their non nonsense approach. You know you have a lot of these agents that sell you the moon and stars but can’t back it up. It’s just all talk. I didn’t find that with this company. I was very amazed how quickly they could handle things.

It was such a pleasure to deal with this company. Especially Rob, Zak and Adam. From start to finish they were very direct, honest and transparent. I felt very included in the process every step of the way. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their property to use this company. They listened and understood my needs and came up with a solution which was what I needed at the time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. All such a very smooth process.
