I can’t fault SmoothSale for the way they handled what was an exceptionally difficult and stressful situation for me personally.

The sale involved a property facing repossession, building control sign off issues, a surprise sitting tenant, and very tight time pressures, all of which created a huge amount of stress and uncertainty. There were complications and mistakes on my part along the way — entirely due to the circumstances I was dealing with — yet at no point was I made to feel judged or pressured.

Ben, in particular, was outstanding. He was consistently patient, understanding, and pragmatic, even when things became complicated. He took the time to genuinely understand my situation, communicated clearly throughout, and always approached matters with professionalism and humanity.

What really stood out to me was that SmoothSale were humanistic supportive and solution-focused. That made an enormous difference during a period that was already incredibly challenging.

I’m genuinely grateful for the understanding shown by Ben and the directors, and for the effort made to resolve things. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend SmoothSale to anyone needing a professional service that is also compassionate and human when it really matters/especially in the current climate you need to use experienced professionals.

The professionalism and service given to us by Ryan was outstanding, he was always courteous, patient and supportive, nothing was ever too much trouble.

What can I say - was really a smooth sale! Spoke to Ollie at the beginning to get my offer and then Ben and Ryan did a great job with my mum’s bungalow. Inherited it and started with them before probate was granted. They helped with the probate process and cash up front etc and then completed as soon as probate went through. It really took a lot of stress out of a difficult period for us and am grateful to the team - thanks guys!

Wanted to say thank you to Adam for being patient, understanding and straightforward when handling my enquiry. We had hit a rough spot with our house sale/purchase as it's a 5-person chain and our buyers were demanding completion on a date that didn't work for most of our chain. Was really desperate to save the purchase and reached out to SmoothSale. Adam listened to my situation, explained the process, offered options tailored to my situation and that took my concerns into account. Although we're not proceeding as we've been able to agree a date now with the buyers and rest of the chain, I really appreciate the time and effort spent without any pressure tactics as that put my mind at ease. I know people will always be unsure when taking advice regarding decisions like quick sales but believe me when I say. I'm a full time father and needed a quick sale but become very ill through stress after participating with another sell quick company and lost 3 months minimum important time. I spoke with many other companies during this time and believe me when I say the only reliable genuine company is smoothsale and I swear by my children and all assetts on that which I'm not a fan of doing. Without a doubt I didn't make it easy for them because of what I'd been through previously and nearly lost my sons home and everything but I had Ryan deal with my sale from start to finish and I wouldn't want anyone else if I went through this route again. As things progressed a guy called Ben joined in explaining the more contractual stuff to me but right until the end the pair of them made sure everything they had promised was fulfilled. Even the Solicitors they provided to act on my behalf were amazing. People need to remember low prices aren't offered as a con, smooth sale are exchanging with as quick as 7 days, paying all legal fees amd cutting out time wasting viewings. It's a business they also need to profit from. They explained everything thoroughly with made sense to there offer and honestly made me belive in loyalty and fulfilling promises once again. 100% my advice would be don't consider anyone else, let these guys help. Happy to be contacted for proof and more advice on how happy I was with my exchange which completed today. 100% ask for Ryan and Ben if you do contact them .

Excellent outstanding service, care, and attention from start to finish. Ben and the whole team went out of their way to find a seller suitable for me and take me smoothly through the whole process. Communication was great and they kept me informed at every stage. Ben even called to check in on me when I was unwell during the process. I’d thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property; rental or otherwise.

had an amazing experience with this company after finding our dream home and no buyer, contacted SmoothSale spoke with Adam initially who explained everything clearly, we were then dealt with by Josh who I have to say has gone above and beyond for us to secure our dream! Working after hours to make sure the paperwork was completed by the deadline otherwise we would have lost everything! Josh's communication with us has been second to none, keeping us updated every step of the way!

Having been let down by a buyer for our late parents' property, we contacted SmoothSale for a quick sale so that we could move on. Fil and Sophie have been great, keeping us updated along the way and giving us confidence that we'd at last get a sale, which we did.

Came to SmoothSale after being really messed around by another 'cash buying' company and Ben was amazing throughout.

He helped me understand the situation I was in, was proactive at checking in and creating a plan B for our sale to ensure we stuck to the timeframes we needed to sell the property within. I can't stress enough how valuable this is when you are under time pressure, especially in comparison to the company we were using who were really poor on comms.

In the end our sale went through with the original agent/buyer but if I had my time over I would 1000% have gone with Ben and team.
