Yesterday the sale of my brothers house was finally completed . It's been a bit of a bumpy ride with several issues during the year it's been up for sale . I'm aware that there must have more than one person involved in the sale but the person always was able to help was Jack . He never failed to get back to us when there was a problem and was always so very helpful . If it wasn't for him I doubt if we would have stayed with the company . I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as in the beginning before Jack was involved things were very slow moving

I was working alongside Eimeren Dizon to get a exchange/completion for my client on their purchase. It was a very difficult situation as the onward solicitors were not very engaged or informative but Eimeren ensured to chase, update and was very patient when I would call her sometimes 2-3 times a day .... She has managed to get the solicitors to speak with each other and her communication was fantastic. Hope I get to work with Eimeren again should I have a client purchase from SmoothSale she really stood out from the rest and helped this matter to really move on forward, even helped the vendor find new solicitors when his ones didn't notify him of the need to pay for searches so they can be ordered!..

Very easy to deal with, had three times as many "genuine" viewings, and sold within a couple of months after being on the market previously for over a year.
