Throughout our journey of selling & purchasing our property I have been in contact with Sophie. We haven’t had the easiest buying journey, however Sophie has been nothing but kind, sympathetic and hepful. Every contact with her was personable, she dealt with all of our queries and was proactive. Whilst remaining professional, each contact with Sophie felt warm and friendly. Even with us being out of area, it was always easy contacting both Sophie personally and the main office. Everytime I made contact with Sophie, or the wider team, whether that be via email or telephone, I was always responded to in a timely manner. SmoothSale and in particular Sophie, is definitely an estate agent we would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use if needed in the future.

Had an experience with this company and I must say they are a very transparent company with genuine BMV deals.

They also don’t just leave you to the process, they follow up regularly until you get your keys.

Fil in particular was very helpful and proactive when the seller was delaying towards completion.

Will definitely be looking at buying more from them.

What a superb service we had from these guys. Our house had been on the market for 6 months with a couple of viewings and one offer which was 30k lower than than we wanted to achieve. We decided to contact Smooth Sale and within 5 weeks (yes 5 weeks) the sale had completed and funds in our account and more importantly, just 5k lower than the asking price.

Cash offer was a bit too low and I was able to hang on for a few weeks so I went through the investor marketing service. I had a valuation at 220k and Smoothsale got me 205k and it completed in 9 weeks. They got me a cash buyer and the whole thing was pretty easy. I'd recommend to anyone who needs to sell quickly. Fil was really helpful!

SmoothSale bought my mum's property off her after she moved into care. I can’t thank the team enough for their understanding in what was a very difficult time for my family. Spoke to Charles who made the offer originally. Stupidly I didn’t take his offer and decided to go back on the open market with springbok. That was a mistake.

springbok spent 8 weeks just twiddling their thumbs doing nothing. I came back to Smoothsales who ended up buying my property within a matter of days.

Wish I didn’t waste my time on the market with springbok and went with these guys when they first made me an offer.

Recently inherited my late grandma’s house and wanted to sell it quickly because of the condition and the memories. SmoothSale made me a lower first offer than other companies, but they said they try to make them realistic. They got valuations and did the legal check and after the valuations came back the offer actually went up a little bit as they offer a percent of the value. I still took about 30k off the price if I had sold it with an estate agent but the whole thing only took 2 weeks.
