I got in touch with this company and they were very helpful and took time to discuss things with me . I didn’t use them in the end but I felt no pressure and they were very honest with the net figure I could expect to achieve. I have no issues with them .

I've been talked trough the phone with Millie and she was very professional, and helpful, I couldn't hear her properly, so I ask her to repeat half of the conversation we had and she calmly repeated everything again, without making me feel uncomfortable, and help me book in my house view.

Sick of your automated A I calls asking if I still want to sell my house. Calls are repeated every evening despite saying "no"
UPDATE 07/10/2026
I am STILL receiving calls from your “friendly AI assistant Claire”, often late in the evening.
Despite being assured that my details would be removed, this has clearly not happened. I have also telephoned and spoken directly to members of staff, yet I continue to be bombarded with unwanted calls.
This now needs to be resolved with immediate effect. I am formally requesting that all of my contact details are removed from your calling and marketing systems and that the calls stop.
If they continue, I will have no option but to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities, including the ICO and Ofcom. This repeated unwanted contact as harassment.
This situation is completely unacceptable.

Out of curiosity, thought I’d see what price they offered,
Their form forces you to input your phone number and then they never stop calling. It’s full on harassment.
I’ve had seven calls today alone from their automated robot. Just don’t !!
