Easy to understand the agent and the options open for negotiation

Now 83, l last sold and bought a property in 1979. Needing now to ‘downsize’ l found it very different now. After wading through several confusing online pages until l found ‘We buy Any House’ showing the place l would like to buy.
Very quickly, a young man…a human being! at the end of the phone answered and kindly gave me polite and detailed help.
lt involved his consulting another young man, Sandy, and they finally were able to grant me a viewing of the property l want to buy. This is not always possible these days unless one’s own property is already sold, or at least, on the market. Full marks to these gentlemen and ‘WBAH’

I spoke to Aaron Doyle and felt refreshed afterwards that there was finally some kind of solution to end a difficult situation in regards to selling my house that I have been trying to get rid of for 2 years. He seems knowledgeable and on the ball

This company came to see us in January 2014 and offered us a very low offer on our house so we refused to sell to them . Fast forward to 2026 and we are told while trying to remortgage that they actually put a charge on the property for refusal to sell to them and have never removed it. They have been contacted and they demanded £997 to remove the charge. We had no notification of the charge on the property and they couldn't tell us why it was placed against the house but most likely because we took the property of the market. We paid the fee and here we are 8 weeks later and they have not sent any paperwork and refuse to answer emails so we can't move forward with the remortgage. Next step is complaint to Omnibuds Man.

Great experience working with webuyanyhouse in difficult circumstances - with @Aaron Doyle it was an honest conversation, no pressure and went at our pace. They are a business driven by sales so you should expect them to move with some urgency but just be upfront and honest and they were happy to help.

So far everything is great. Still need time to decide how to proceed but I felt assured that they as a company, … and in particular Aaron Doyle would do their best for me.

A lady from WBAH made an offer of 192k, another company offered 200k. She accepted 200k with a 7 days completion and said oh others drop their price we dont. I knew it was a sales person who thinks it can talk the talk, played along but kept my option B open cos I did not trust her. Anyways, pushed for the 7 days and on 5th day, she try to say oh valuation and blah... offering 179k... did not wait to hear her lies ended the call, e-mailed her and lawyers to say pulled out and request they erase me and my property from their database, I used their own template. Triggered my option B. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Aaron answered all questions I had, and gave me a run down of how the company operates.
