I am in the early stages of selling my Auntie's house through We Buy Any House. And although a little sceptical initially, the service I have received has been excellent. Christian Thomason has been in regular contact, explaining each stage thoroughly and the price that has been offered I believe to be fair. I am hopeful for a smooth, hassle-free sale.

Spoke with Sheelan who was able to give me a breakdown of the process and costs giving the information to me in an easy format with no jargon. This enabled me to make informed decisions about my property.
Unfortunately I did not accept webuyanyhouse’s offer as it was too far below the asking price. However Sheelan was understanding of my position and I did not feel pressured or chased at any point.

Overall I had a pleasant experience and was able to gain a better understanding of my options going forward.

joke company ,they sent me a letter,so i rang them curious etc.house valued at £170000 they offered £97000 haha what a joke outfit,jeez keep away .now i get an email saying its no genuine ,haha so the unnamed individual you asked me to delete doesnt exist haha ??avoid like the plague.🙄this company keepscannoying me now to take this down !they are much worse than i thought jeez

I sold my property 4 years ago for £635,000 but the buyers chain collapsed.
I have just spoken with We Buy Any House who offered me a price between £520,000 - £545,000. They said I would be contractually bound to accept their offer if I proceed. So it is clear they would only offer me £520,000 as their GOAL is all about PROFIT.
Its all RELATIVE so I will see what I can buy for £520,000 before I decide if We Buy Any House works for me. Time will tell as its all RELATIVE.
