The Hay Shed Avis

Arrived in time and pigs loved the hay and mixes

Have been with the hay shed for about 6 months now and can honestly say that my 5 guinea pigs absolutely love the Timothy and meadow hays , the quality is amazing and it’s keeping my guinea pigs happy and healthy, so, happy guinea pigs equally happy mum too!! Love it guys and keep up the great work you do

Excellent customer service and care. Super fast at answering any queries. My 7 house bunnies love all the treats and found their favourite hay mix ,they can smell it before I’ve even opened the box and get very excited.
Great quality every time, even with the difficulty managing our great British unpredictable weather.
Super fast delivery every time . My vet has always commented on how healthy they are and their teeth are always top notch. No waste , no dust smells amazing. Can’t recommend them enough x thank you from the Ruffles Fluffle

Every order ive received promptly, and boxes are sealed very well!! Not like some others ive had in the past, where hay and forage bits are escaping from the bottom of the box. The hay is very fresh and smells fantastic. I get the rescue bunny's here Timothy with super food and green wheat hay with flower topper. All have a very generous amount of "topper" which does get less towards the bottom of the box, but at the end theres plenty fallen to the bottom 😍 22 happy bunnies here 😍🥰

At first I purchased the oat taster and meadow taster to see which one my rabbit would like the best and the meadow hay definitely came up on top but it’s needless to say that they are both great options. I love knowing I’m giving my rabbit something that is of such high quality time and time again and it never differs from being amazing every time. Even the treats and forage mixes are incredible (with marigold flowers being his favourite!)

Easy ordering process, great price, fast delivery and the bunny loves the hay

We have ordering from The Hay Shed for the last couple of months now and are super impressed with the quality of hay! We always buy the timothy hay, it is green in colour and has very little dusty bits so doesn't feel as though we need up wasting lots. Would definitely recommend

With 6 very hungry bunnies it’s good to know I can rely on The Hay Shed to deliver high quality products to my door fast.
My elderly bunnies are at an age where a good diet is vital and The Hay Shed always provide this. As a returning frequent customer I think this proves how much I value the standard of their products.
Myself and Harold, SweetPea, Nala, Bonnie, Dolly & Heidi thank you!

I have six bunnies and they all absolutely love The Hay shed hay and treats. Particularly the Timothy Hay, Calming forage and Dandelion roots. I’ve found it difficult to find a hay that they all like but The Hay Shed have ticked all the boxes for them. Speedy delivery too!

Prompt delivery, very good products. We wouldnt use any other comany as the experience is perfect, so no need to.

So I always use small businesses for my bunnie's hay and treats. I've ordered 'green' hay before from companies with varying degrees of success (some bales were more like straw) I heard about the hay shed from a lovely charity called The Bunny Jackpot foundation. I tried the 'hay buffet' box plus the dandelion root, dandelion leaves and pea flakes . The order arrived quickly and was well packaged . The hay was amazingly fresh. All 6 varieties went down well with my 2 but i think the alfalfa was the favourite. Will definately re order, especially as The Bunny Jackpot foundation will receive a donation from every purchase i make 🐰

I have two house rabbits and The Hay Shed now supply all my treats, leaves and hay toppers. The website is great, delivery is extremely prompt, packaging is perfect and the quality of every different product I’ve ordered (which is a lot) has been excellent. I really like this company and I trust them, I just don’t buy anywhere else now. Well done Hay Shed

I ordered a large order from here the other day and I just had to leave some positive feedback because I am so impressed.

My order was as follows;
Product Quantity Price
Timothy Hay - 20kg 2 £98.08
Flaked Peas - 250g 2 £10.07
Flower Power Megamix 2 £8.80
Apple Sticks - 250g 2 £9.58

I accidentally ordered 40kg hay instead of 20kg 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I am so impressed with the quality and the amount I have received for my money.

I have 6 guinea pigs and this will last them months.

The hay comes really compressed in each box so there is absolutely loads in there.

I have used another small business in the past which I won’t name and their 10kg boxes of timothy hay were definitely not full to the brim so thank you The Hay Shed!

I will be placing regular orders with you!

My bunnies are obsessed with the Timothy Hay and the Green Wheat. They get a mixture of both accessible 24/7 and they can't get enough of it. I'm always topping it up :) delivery is super quick, I've ordered Friday and received Saturday so many times. Absolutely fantastic service

Excellent quality hay, my fussy rabbit loves it. There doesnt appear to be any dusty off cuts or waste at all. Deliver came the next day which is always an added bonus!

Our go to for plantain!
My four buns can't get enough of it!
Excellent quality and great value.
Hoppy customer 🐾

Excellent products and service, fast delivery too.

My rabbit,Timber,is a very spoilt house rabbit and so when I went to The National Rabbit Festival this year I came back with lots of goodies for him including a bag full of things from this company. As an older bunny he is prone to a dirty bum but none of the things bought from The Hay Shed seem to upset his stomach. He's eaten, and enjoyed everything I've bought from there - Timothy, meadow hay, dried flowers, leaves, hay toppers. Since the show I've bought dried Rosehip and a bag of plantain. He loves both. I give him one rosehip every other day for his joints. It fascinates me how he manages to either chew around the seeds or spit them out but he always leaves a little pile of seeds when he's eaten one 🙈

Great quality and service

My rabbits go absolutely mad for the Timothy hay, I have ordered a hay buffet to test and see if they like the rest now! The hay is top quality compared to where I used to get it from, definitely worth a try! Although I was wondering if something was a little mixed up as I worked out it’s 1/2 penny cheaper to buy 15kg (£2.44 per kg) of Timothy hay on subscription compared to 20kg (£2.45 per kg) when surely buying more should be a saving? so not sure if there’s a error there, either way 10/10 quality!
