I DIDN’T GET MY ORDER FROM 3 WEEKS AGO AND TRIED TO MESSAGEPAD THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN ANY REACTIONS. HOPE THEY REACT AFTER THIS POST BUT IM AFRAID I LOST MY MONEY.

Absolutely horrific customer service

I ordered a product and was told it would arrive in 8 days. It never arrived. I was given multiple updates saying it would be delivered on the same day. It never did.

AFTER this I recieved an email saying my product was out of stock and offered me a replacement. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't cancel my order as it had already had the lables printed. Which is against my consumer rights. I'm really not happy with what has happened here.

Its been 2 weeks and i have still not received my order. Im giving it until monday. If i do t Hve my order by then i will report this as fraud to my credit card. Very disappointed
