Die Qualität ist super, warm und cosy 🥰
Sogar mein Mann und meine Tochter haben sich Anzüge bestellt, da sie sowohl den Style als auch die Firmenphilosophie mögen.

Die Kleidung hat eine hervorragende Qualität. Sie wird in Portugal aus Biobaumwolle hergestellt und ist super weich! Und was ich sehr besonders finde: Ob Sweatshirt, T-Shirt oder Shorts - alles sitzt genial; ein perfekter Schnitt!

TheHeartFam has good quality products. The service is very good and the email replays are fast. The delivery is fast (from Germany to Netherlands). When the products were deliverd I was very suprised because the quality is really good for the price I have paid.

LLE:Please, don't buy from them. I'll try making my whole experience with them short. Placed one order, waited for over a month for it to arrive, asked the bank for a rollback, meanwhile Manuel sent out the order again, for free, as a present, asking money for only the first and only initial command. After some time since I have sent out the money for the one order to his own account, now he's trying to take the money from the bank the second time as well. Never again with this company! They don't have a word, they lie and they try to make easy money from other people's work. LE: The problem was as I've stated before with the company of delivery and the customer service is slow and deceiving, yet the founder is correct and keeps his word.
Thank you Manuel Kania for the beautiful products of high quality. T-shirt is 100% cotton and the hoodie is cotton as well but is more than I expected having a thicker layer under so that you can just simply take the hoodie on and go take a walk in the mountains on a cold day :)

If I could give a review so bad that I ruin the entire companies image, I would! I'm in the third week of waiting my first order. I fell into the trap of making two orders. They dispatch the products a few centuries later, the products never arrive, the customer support answers only when they want, they don't do nothing to help anyway. I've lost over 100EUR to them on nothing. :) No products, they don't research with the delivery company what is going on, they don't send the money back. Don't be me, don't buy!

later edit: I need to make a little bit of justice to the company, it seems in the end it was not their fault, still, they refuse to solution the problem. My second order arrived on time, the first one got between countries back and forth due to DHL so I still don't have the first order...this being the 4th week of waiting with no sign of my first order. I basically begged them for 2-3 weeks to contact the carrier and they insist on send them back when you receive them and we send the money. What the hell should I send back if I never receive them?!Also, they keep on telling me let's wait for them to see if they arrive this week since 2 weeks now with no solution. It's not my problem that DHL does not do their job, I payed, I want either the products, either the money back. I'm fed-up with this

I can only recommend it. The order arrived insanely fast with me. I ordered a hoodie in the color sand and a Tshirt in skyblue. Both products have a really good quality. The colors remain radiant even after several washes and as with the original. Also the quality of the fabric has been processed insanely well. The hoodie is extremely soft inside.

I don't know what was the question, since I'm not from Germany, and the company keeps sending these emails and links in German.

But I made my purchase little over a week ago but haven't even got a German mail tracking number yet.

customer service cannot be reached by email or on instagram. there is also nothing to be found about if you want to return the product

Die Qualität ist spitze. Allerdings ist der blaue Hoodie innen weicher als der weiße und schwarze. Auch nach der Wäsche bleiben die Hoodies in Form.

Ich bin begeistert von der Kleidung! Die Qualität ist sehr sehr gut. Die Passform ist perfekt! Ich würde immer wieder dort kaufen.
