There is some sort of fraud or scam going on because this company has still not delivered the order that I ordered in the summer yet is still trading on UK companies house and is still sending discount codes.

Do not fall for this fraudulent trading scheme.

Oh boy! I wish I had read these reviews before putting my bread order in. Chasing online or email just does nothing. They say a 48hr delivery but it never transpires. Nothing from them. Shocking service. It’s a real shame as the bread is great but Waitrose seem to have stopped stocking it. Maybe they’ve had the same problems!

18/10/2026: One month later still no sign of the bread I ordered. I was given a tracking number which comes up with no information on Royal Mail tracking. Wouldn't be surprised if this number was bogus VU742252707GB, maybe you've been given the same one!? I too used to buy this bread from Waitrose but clearly they too have had problems. I sent an email a few weeks ago but no response.

The product is exceptionally good but the execution/delivery is flakey and the customer service response appears to be zero

Order placed on 10 September never arrived. Customer service does not respond. Waiting for Amex to resolve and issue a refund.
Avoid at all costs!

I too was a fan of Heart of Nature bread, which I ordered several times from the website and bought from Waitrose. Until this summer (2026) orders were delivered promptly - but the last, in July 2026, was met with a deathly silence. Messaged via the website - no response. Came on here and saw all the complaints, so I got a refund from the bank. Companies House shows the company as still active but I doubt it. Avoid - shame, as the bread was good.

Following my taking out a monthly subscription with them on 15 August I received an email from them confirming order. Now I have a confirmation for a September 15 order but we never received the first order. Tried to cancel subscription but website will not allow me to do this.
Supply problems are understandable but they have not replied to my emails which is frustrating

Same as everyone else. Took my money, no product to show for it, no response from customer service.

No bread received and no response after trying all avenues of communication. This must be bogus.

Same experience as the other people. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, hasn’t arrived and cannot get a response from the company.

Although the bread is delicious but delivery issue make the company impression in general very bad.

Definitely avoid this retailer!!! Used to buy bread from them in the past and no problem. This time I placed my order on 23 August via Shopify - the money was taken but no updates and no delivery, just silence. I emailed the company four times but no response. It looks like the company gone bust but still advertises online taking the money. Will be raising the issue with my bank to get a refund. Total scam!

I would rate it zero if I could. Ordered bread nearly 2 weeks ago with 48 hour delivery. Have not received anything, no updates, no response to my emails, chat message or contact form. Have had to get my bank to get the money back. I feel like they fraudulently took my money. They should be prosecuted for fraud.

No delivery, no response to chat, email or the text phone number. This company should be properly investigated.

After a 3 month wait we received the bread, it is very yummy! Highly recommend. I shall keep in mind in future that it is a very very slow ordering process, but we will be ordering again.

This is deeply unsettling. I made an order on 1 August, but I never got any delivery confirmation. I've sent 4-5 emails and 3 WhatsApp messages, and they are still sending out coupons by email for deals. I find this a shambles, and the company house says it looks like they're dissolved.

I submitted an order two weeks ago. I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. I have sent two emails requesting information on this order and to date have had no response. I am very disappointed in this company that does have excellent products but clearly needs help with customer service and delivery follow up.

I have tried my best to be charitable to this company but after 2 orders that are massively delayed I can’t use them. Waitrose used to have Heart of Nature products but they stopped and I can only speculate that they had massive supply issues.
