I still have not received my order. It says it's in transit and hopefully will receive tomorrow as this was ordered as a gift.

We are sorry that your order was delayed, however, it was delayed by the US Postal service most likely because we here in this area have just had two back-to-back very devastating hurricanes. Even though our shop was without power for several days, we feel that we completed your order and got it to the US Post office in a timely manner. Looking at your tracking information, it states at the very top of the page that “Alert: HURRICANES HELENE AND MILTON, FLOODING, AND SEVERE WEATHER IN NORTH CAROLINA AND FLORIDA MAY IMPACT DELIVERY.” and it shows that your package was delayed by them, we are so sorry that this has affected you.

Great Herbs
The shoppe is clean and the decor is absolutely adorable! Selection of products is great with an expanded variety of loose herbal teas! Staff has an excellent fund of knowledge as related to the products carried by this shoppe. The location is great and there is plenty of parking!

Candle making class
I recently came here to have a girls night candle making class and omg it was the best night ever! Sooo much knowledge and care was was received. I highly recommend everyone come here just to check it out once bc once you do you’ll for sure become a repeat customer!

Pleasant smelling, but expensive.
Although a pleasant smelling store and a relaively friendly proprietor, this place charges far more than I wish to spend. A small vial of lavender which I use for insomnia issues was $38. I brought this up via email with the proprietor and she insisted that was their price. I shall order it off the internet in the future.

The bottle of Lavender Essential Oil that you purchased is DoTerra brand essential oil. DoTerra is a Premium brand that guarantees that each batch is free from contaminants and additives. It is 100% pure essential oil. Our price is less than the retail price when purchasing from DoTerra. If you did not want that brand, or want to pay that price, you did not have to. We are sorry that you felt the price of the lavender essential oil was too high, but we appreciate that you came in and noted that our shop smelled pleasant, and that we were relatively friendly.

I have found a treasure! This little store provides me with inspiration, herbal tea for my cough and is a raw milk pick up for my family. Both ladies are super sweet and knowledgeable and always go out of the way to help me source the products I am seeking.
