We had a great stay. A few pieces of feedback: *while the floor “appeared” clean upon arrival, walking on the floor with bare feet left the bottoms of our feet black. *hand towels in the kitchen would be much more environmentally friendly than paper towels. * when paying $9000/week to stay at a villa (where kitchen towels have not been provided), additional l paper towels should not be the responsibility of the patron.

Excellent stay from start to finish. From pre-arranged taxi transportation at the ferry port, to the beautiful villas with stunning views and great amenities, the Hills St. John knocked it out of the park.

Our Villa at the Hills was amazing! Well-stocked kitchen, beautiful view, so comfortable! So nice to provide beach chairs and cooler (though some of the chairs were nearing their end)

We wish the food service at grill were available longer in the day and open for breakfast. Being able to have access to coffee every morning would have been nice. But especially the first morning!!

The place was beautiful and clean but there were a couple things that really needed to be addressed.
The DISHWASHER was a total waste of time - that explained why so many of the dishes were dirty. The bottom rack didn't have any wheels on it, thus is sat on the bottom spinner. If the spinner can't spin the dishes don't get washed!
The washing machine was difficult to read because the display panel didn't work. Any easy fix would be to put a sign on it since the machine worked but you couldn't tell what you were setting it at.
Several sinks drained very slowly and a couple towel/toilet paper holders needed fixing.
With all this said we made the best of it and had a wonderful relaxing time. The location and grounds were beautiful and clean. The staff was attentive.
We would stay here again! Thanks for having us.

Beautiful place. Great amenities. Ice maker did not work in the freezer and it would have been nice to have included a cooler for the beach. Did include beach chairs but only 2...Beds extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Hills in Seagrape Villa. The Hills is a real gem in St. John. Kathy and Jeff were extremely helpful setting up dinner reservations for the week of our stay and staying in touch on the day we arrived. They also followed up regularly during our stay to be sure we had what we needed. The villa was lovely. Having 3 king en-suites was perfect for 3 couples. The location is perfect--a short drive to Starfish Market and Cruz Bay. We will definitely return to the Hills!

The Hills delivered as promised, a cozy, luxury compound with great views. Facilities were high end and comfortable, an oasis in paradise.

The location, view, and private pool were awesome. Overall we enjoyed it. The exercise room in the clubhouse was nice as well and everyone we met at The Hills was friendly and helpful. Get a car since it’s not walkable to town and the island overall is tremendous. We explored ever day!

It would be nice if the kitchen was provisioned better. We had to ask for more cups, there were minimal utensils, only 6 plates, no hot pads or kitchen towels. If you don’t cook I suppose you don’t care but our group did. The air conditioning unit is quite loud and right outside the door of the master bedroom. The grill was also a disappointment. It won’t take much to really improve the unit, just some TLC.

Beautiful property! Our villa was very spacious for a family of 6 and was sparkling clean when we arrived. The view from the terrace is stunning, especially at sunset. Great location within walking distance of town. We will definitely stay again if we return to St. John!

I think everything was in very good order and such a beautiful location.

I have to note however that the premises really needed a good vacuuming as we noticed several bugs in certain areas. Also, on the terraces, there were some cobb webs we noticed while sitting outside. Mostly on the railings and some near the lights. The windows in the living room also had quite a bit of cobb webs as well as spider eggs. It just needs a quick washing there - but is it very noticeable and kind of spoils the view for a second because you notice them - a simple fix of course but goes a long way.

Also, in the master bath downstairs, the jacuzzi was not putting out hot water and the drain stopper was loose. I did call on it and the person was very responsive however it was not that critical so did not have them come in.

Wonderful lodging with amazing views. We enjoyed the gym and the clubhouse. The conceirge was extremely helpful.

Great choice in St John. Fabulous views, friendly staff and modern conveniences. Nice pool and gym too. AC is important due to mosquitoes. Wouldn’t stay here without your own car - not taxi friendly.

The customer service was exceptional! We had an unfortunate experience with another vacation property trying to get our family of 21 together. The Hills were very accommodating and helpful. The villas were clean, spacious as advertised, and safe. We highly recommend them and will consider using them again when we return.

The Hills provided my family an excellent time. We were there for a wedding so many of the people staying were part of the group. We enjoyed several different beaches, lots of snorkeling and wonderful restaurants. The taxi service was superb!

Such a nice facility. The views are amazing and it is very well appointed. We had all we needed. Please note for extended stays there is no daily cleaning so you may want to add cleaning supplies to your grocery list.

We reserved our villa at The Hills through my timeshare company. We were promised the Turtle Reef villa that is very near the community pool. Apparently, it was sold and no longer available for the week we reserved it, so we were moved to the Mohagany Villa. While the accommodations were fairly comparable and the view was spectacular, it was much farther from the community pool than we anticipated, so we never got an opportunity to swim/lounge by the pool as we anticipated. The frustration around the pool distance/access was compounded by the fact that the villa below us (Papaya Villa) had its own pool and sat empty the whole week we were there. We were told that we could not be switched to Papaya because of the rate difference. However, with it sitting empty, what would the harm have been in allowing us to switch, since we were inconvenienced with a villa far from the community pool through no fault of our own. The management company attempted to make up for it by covering our provisioning fees and buying a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding. Both of those gestures were nice, but did not make up for the lack of pool accessibility for the week.

This villa was breath taking beautiful as well as the view. You didn't want to leave. Staff on the grounds are very helpful and able to assist in any way. I definitely want to return.
