Nino and Phil have just finished installing our second hot tub from hottubsuperstore. They were efficient, knowledgeable and super professional. They showed us how to deal with the chemicals and gave some tips on using the hot tub. Having purchased our first hot tub 8 years ago, and used it every day, we were pleased that they offered a part exchange on a new one, meaning they completely took away our old one and replaced it with a new one. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted in a new hot tub to replace our nine year old tub at our holiday let property. Having checked out a lot of information on line and also in person we decided to visit the hot tub superstore in Blackpool. We met Rachel who spent a great deal of time answering our questions and helping us to revisit a number of our decisions particularly in relation to the additional heating we felt we needed to run our tub more efficiently. As a result we bought a hot tub that was much more suited to our needs and a Supa Heating kit that was significantly cheaper and much better than the much more expensive heating system we previously had in mind.
The tub was delivered on time and installed by a friendly and helpful pair of engineers who explained everything we needed to know. I also made good use of the very informative on-line guidance videos provided on the company’s website.
All in all from our first meeting with Rachel through to installation and post sale contact we have been highly impressed with the Hot Tub Superstore. Most of all, we feel confident they will be there if and when we need them. This is a priceless feeling for anyone with a holiday let property.

Wesley responded quickly on a Bank Holiday to my enquiry and managed to resolve a spare part problem and ship the part with an order placed on line the day before. Excellent service

Helpful correspondence re spare parts and very fast dispatch and delivery

We just had a new hot tub and air source heat pump fitted by Blackpool hot Tub Superstore. The whole experience was a pleasure from the initial deal with Ross, sorting payment with Elaine in accounts and advice from the team in the previous weekend.
The guys that arrived on time and with a smile to fit the tub and air source heat Phil and Nino are the ultimate proffesional instalation team, they did a great job fitting and had the patience to deal with all my requests. Quality work and a fantastic customer facing attitude. Thanks guys.

Great service ordered just after 13.00 and delivered at 8.35 the following day.

The only down side is that there is a lot of damaged tablets, that said still usable

The service I have had from Hot Tub has been excellent in particular the back up online service provided by Guy. I live in France and via WhatsApp Guy has helped me to replace all the necessary parts in an ancient Down East Exeter Hot tub. His positivity is inspiring and he manages to overcome many technical difficulties. Simply put, I couldn't have done it without him.

Paul came to check on a fault fixed it no problem, thanks all good now.

Easy to order, fast delivery and great product

Parts department lets them down. Two messages left to order filters without a callback. Eventually got through by pressing option for Sales.
When I did speak with Sales they helped and goods arrived as promised after ordering online.
The hot tub we bought is okay but nowhere near the spec of the one that was originally advertised and we wanted.
