I purchased the 15-globe ball ceiling…

I purchased the 15-globe ball ceiling light from The House Lights and I’m very satisfied. The design is beautiful and gives a luxury look to my home. Once installed, the brightness is perfect and lights up the whole room evenly.

The glass globes are well made and not too thin, which was important for me. Installation took some time because of multiple globes, but the final result is worth it. Overall, great quality and value for money. I would definitely recommend this product.

The lights are actually okay

The lights are actually okay; they're nice lights. The supply though, is an absolute con. They claim they are in Stoke - they're in China. Delivery is supposed to be days - it's months.
I don't mind buying lights at a fair price, but business must also be conducted fairly. This company purposely misrepresents itself meaning you have no returns, no communication and delivery dates are a complete lie.

Excellent Customer Service!

I recently had an issue with one of my items, and I’d like to say a big thank you to the House Lights team—especially Kristin—for the excellent support.

The service was truly second to none. Kristin was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

House Lights not only offer great products at competitive prices, but their customer service really sets them apart. I’ll definitely continue to purchase from them—highly recommended!

Only received part order

Only received part order, been waiting 10weeks now for the last light after being told it was out of stock and would be 30 to 25 day wait which I was happy with, chased order up few times to be told tracking number would be emailed but nothing.
Have chased up with bank to claim money back.
Wouldn't care the lights that arrived although not fitted yet as waiting for house to be built seem and look OK. Terrible customer service though

Ordered 2 lights for our hallway after…

Ordered 2 lights for our hallway after seeing picture online, I was hesitant after the reviews but they are beautiful, one of the domes was missing but the customer service has been great to help resolve, quick response times and kind responses

Avoid this company if you value your…

Avoid this company if you value your time. They took my money for an 'in-stock' item, only to tell me two weeks later it was out of stock. After missing a second promised delivery date, I asked for a small 15% gesture of goodwill for the 20-day delay. Instead of making it right, they simply cancelled my order. They are quick to reply to emails but completely unwilling to actually fix their own mistakes. Misleading lead times and zero accountability.

Lovely light and prompt response re broken part

The light fitting I bought I looks excellent (as does the one I bought for a different room from this company a couple of years ago). One of the glass light shades was broken in the box when I opened it but the company replied quickly to my email and offered to send a replacement shade upon me leaving them a positive review.

Low quality chinese imports pretends to…

Low quality chinese imports pretends to be UK based but isn’t, advetised delivery 1-2 weeks but arrived after 6 weeks, poor communication and responds after a week and yes getting refund is impossible unless threatened charge back with credit card, typical drop shipping style, avoid and buy locally.

I ordered a light almost 4 weeks ago

I ordered a light almost 4 weeks ago. No communication to say it was out of stock. 2 weeks later I contacted the company to ask what was happening. I was told yes it was out of stock but they were getting a new delivery within 3-4 days. Still no update or delivery date.

What a fab find! Love, love, love the beautiful lights from the guys at thehouselights.com - we bought the 8 light globe chandelier for our kitchen and it looks amazing. This, I feel, is just the beginning. My picture wouldn’t do it justice, but rest assured the website does. I installed the light with my basic DIY ability no problem. Thank you and expect a follow up order imminently.

Very poor company

Very poor company, they make it so hard to return, I don’t feel like I am liaising with a UK company. Don’t be fooled, I would not order from them again

Terrible customer service

Swift delivery but the light is Nothing like the picture it’s completely different colour. Emailed to get money back and they offered a 20% discount for a light I don’t want! Currently dealing with trying to get our money back.

Returned item

The light I ordered was quite a different colour to the one shown online so I had to return (at my own cost). The refund was slow to process and took some chasing. The phone number on the website also does not work.

Beautiful, unique light

Our light is stunning, really delighted with it. Kristin in customer services was super helpful with quick replies to any emails and helped to get things resolved when EVRI messed up. She arranged for another delivery which we received in 2 days.
