I had delivery issues with my order due to the courier which resulted in me not receiving my parcel. I contacted The house of lights and within a couple of days a replacement light was sent and using a different courier. The customer service provided by Kristen, was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

The lights arrived quickly and were significantly cheaper than very similar ones we’d seen elsewhere. They are great quality and look stunning now they’re up

The company has emailed me and are trying to contact Evri to assist me. The number is the HQ and they currently have no landlines in service. Hopefully between us we can rectify the error.

I can't find a contact number aside from one starting in (818) which when I searched it says it's Califirnia or something. Desperately trying to contact them regarding changing the delivery address. The website says theyre in Leicester so to not have a UK contact number is concerning me. I've tried dialling the (818) number and left a voice message. I've tried emailing via the email address and the contact page on the form. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Worried about my order as it wasn't cheap.

The light arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward, with clear instructions, and it didn’t take long to put together at all. Once installed, it completely transformed the room. The quality is outstanding, it feels really well made, and it looks even better in person than it did online. It’s become a real focal point and I’ve already had lots of compliments on it.

The lights are wonderful and look really lovely in our new home! Everyone is commenting on what statement pieces the lights are! The sales process and delivery was also amazing and customer service has been great.

The light I purchased from Thehouselights is beautiful and looks very sleek. Although the light fitting was packed very well, unfortunately it arrived with some damage but this has been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the customer service team. So overall very pleased!

I bought a ceramic ceiling light and the quailty is terrible you could have sanded the walls down with it was so rough! Requested a return it got cancelled emailed them was told to take it to post office with the special return address they sent me I paid for a track and sign postage. Then I got an email offering me 20% off the light after I had sent the light back and emailed them pictures of the proof of posting so don’t know where I stand now hopefully will get my money back feel sick that they can con people like this and they pop up all over Facebook.
UPDATE I would just like to clarify that I did get a full refund after a week long of correspondence with Kristin but we got there in the end

Pendant looks good and was fairly straight forward to be installed. Remote control broke within the first year, but they agreed to send a replacement (3weeks shipping from overseas).

Basically I don't like being conned. Buying lamps names Nordic I was expecting a quality product made in Europe. This is what they want you to believe. The truth is that it's a Chinese company selling their cheap products at inflated European prices.
Beware - this is not the only company on the internet playing these underhanded tricks.

I never actually got any reply from the so called fantastic customer service despite two contact forms and an email. I eventually found a UK number through a google search but when i called it the poor lady on the end of the phone is nothing to do with the company and is fielding lots of calls about chasing delivery. seems like it's a scam, the tel number on the website is USA but i suspect this is probably a fake Chinese company.

I have purchased several sets of lights from Thehouselights and they all are really good quality, and very easy to fit. Any questions I had the customer service team responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend & purchase from again.

I purchased the 15-globe ball ceiling light from The House Lights and I’m very satisfied. The design is beautiful and gives a luxury look to my home. Once installed, the brightness is perfect and lights up the whole room evenly.

The glass globes are well made and not too thin, which was important for me. Installation took some time because of multiple globes, but the final result is worth it. Overall, great quality and value for money. I would definitely recommend this product.

Customer service was excellent and very efficient in dealing with a delivery issue. Great communication, promptly dealing with an issue which was resolved professionally, respectfully and courteously.
