No interest in treatment but money

I will advice anyone to be very careful of seeking treatments in this clinic chain. I have an ongoing complaint not resolved yet. They are only interested of money, they write incorrect clinical notes that save their back. They also confuse you by taking deposits in advance, they are very disrespectful too, when i made a complaint of a discomfort , i was told by dentist that i am paranoid. Also they will not admit any mistakes neither ready to correct remnants of their treatment without another paid appointment. I never known any clinical treatment that they do not take responsibility with out paying another fee( I my self a medical doctor but gave my name not using Dr). Usually reputable respectful clinicians will do those corrections for free. I had a treatment plan for a crown and the day went for consultation with Dr Gul who dropped a surprises advice that i actually need to have a filling for my molar tooth next to the one need a crown. Did not think much as I trusted, and also due to my busy lifestyle decided to go ahead with both treatment costing over £1200.00. After crown was fitted, I had two broken tooth one day after and another in apx 10days latter chipped off. Also since crown fitted I keep catching my cheek it is a nightmare that I keep making my mouth to avoid catching and biting. Surprise is that doctor denies my complaint literally indicating it is not true, if I keep catching I am unsure how she says there is no problem. She suddenly decided to say that I am grinding and clenching which is the reason for broken teeth. Surprisingly she saw my whole moth few times, in fact spent over two hours to do crown and another apx 1 hr to do filling but did not see and advised that I am grinding and clenching prior to me complaining chipped tooth. Further I also had a full examination with x rays by another dentist few months ago but not mentioned that I am grinding and clenching. It is a dental condition any dentist should highlight if they have seen symptoms. When i requested notes to my surprise those were incorrect as they were only writing things to save their back.
Due to the level of disrespect, i finally told I am a medical doctor my self. last review apt when I went she tried to dismiss of any issues about the crown, however by such time I have seen my friend dentist who live many miles away and knew that crown has an issue as its joint is too prominent. during next apt when this doctor did a scan and showed me saying it is all looking fine, I showed her the prominent place. Then she decided to polish that to reduce and have advised to review again in few week time. To my surprise when nurse took me out she has taken a £25.00 deposit for future review apt which is needed due to her own mistake of fixing this crown.
Whole my mouth and the way I chew and talk changed due to this issue and i am suffering daily. i do not recommend for anyone to go there as it took me an effort for proactive manager to respond to my complaint too.

My Experience

I would advise others to carefully consider their options before booking with The Hub Dental Practice.

I initially booked a hygiene appointment but was scheduled to see a dentist instead and charged £25 for the consultation. I was also charged £18 for two small X-rays. During the appointment, the dentist recommended a deep clean costing £145, bringing the total to £188. In addition, I was given a treatment plan advising a filling estimated at approximately £465.

For peace of mind, I sought a second opinion at another dental practice in London, where I paid £27 for a check-up including two images. I was informed that my teeth were fine, no filling was required, and a deep clean was not necessary.

Based on my experience, I would recommend seeking a second opinion before proceeding with any significant treatment.

The reception is unkept and feels…

The reception is unkept and feels dirty. There are storage boxes and cheap sofas with stains. The treatment room looks unclean with dirty mirrors. It felt unhygienic and unprofessional.

I have just wasted £43 on a check up and two x-rays, as a new customer only to be told a deep clean would cost £145 per session at a total of £290. There is no mention of multiple charges and sessions just the £145 cost for the full mouth clean on the website.

This is very misleading. I would not have attended and paid for the check up and x-rays required before you can make a booking for a clean if I was aware they were able to charge the full clean twice, which I am not prepared or can afford to pay.

I would not recommend this dental practice.

Total Rip off

Total Rip off! Never ever go to this practice again. They are more intrested in charging money. My husband had unbearable pain and been to the dentist. They charged him for the xray, consultation and medication. They did give options which cost a fortune and advised that he can go for a second opinion as they feel my husband might have root canal. They charged another £25 and the guy at reception gave me appointments available for next day. After the payment, they now moved to 5th of Jan.. such an awful service.. never go there again

I was ONLY going in for a Hygenist Appointment

I was ONLY going in for a Hygenist Appointment, but then they made me go through a long process of xrays, sending me from Wycombe Hub to Milton Keynes Hub, then a detailed plan of £2000 or so worth of procedures, consisting 10-15 appointments.
Typical private plan inflation of needs, got to be careful of the private sector. (not the first company I've seen do this).
Also, the cold, tablet sign in process isn't very warming.

Complete waste of time no personal…

Complete waste of time no personal service just out to get your money. Check up what check up, not even a clean and xray i did not ask for, as soon as he finsihed look at what we want to charge. £375 for an extraction daylight robbery. Its discusting dont bother going here it will cost you an arm and leg. Just out to get your money

Paid the £25 to secure a consultation…

Paid the £25 to secure a consultation and they keep calling me telling me they haven't received it, called them back and told them I have sent it but they are too incompetent to understand that I have sent it, will be going elsewhere. -£25 for nothing and 4 days of annoyance.

Fake reviews absolutely horrendous!!!! Do not be fooled by this so called establishment and the aesthetics!!!!!!! The customer service is disgraceful!!!! They offer you unnecessary treatment, I had Invisalign treatment in 2018 only just finished in 2023 had them on for far too long was NOT told the damage they would do I have now lost two teeth and a third one is severely damaged and I now have to pay to correct the problems that they have caused me, I addressed this with them and the orthodontist Dr Kostas Tzamalas, I was met with hostility, attitude, a very condescending tone and told it’s my fault, he was so rude he over spoke (raised his voice) to me and my mother which I then had to tell him not to speak to my mother in that manner utterly shocking behaviour. I am beyond disgusted with this so called establishment. I am now taking the necessary steps and taking this further. This Dental Practice needs to be investigated and shut down!!!!!! Unethical!!!!!!!

Amazing Invisalign treatment from Margarita Kapsazova

After many years of considering Invisalign, I was finally convinced to go ahead. My experience was outstanding thanks to Margarita Kapsazova, her attention to detail, caring communication outside of appointments, and encouragement was 10/10. I’m delighted with the results, but genuinely don’t believe these would have been achieved without the care, skill and empathy shown by Margarita Kapsazova and her very competent assistant Becky.
