No refund
As with any online purchase for the first time, its a lottery getting the right sizes. Ordered a bundle and the only thing that fit was the gloves. Could send the other kit back on a return but no refund given due to the nature of the deal. Will be passing this onto trading standards and Ombudsman, complete con! Stay clear folks...
No deliveries and no answer
No delivery and no answer when I try to contact through email and dm on Instagram. I took the fast delivery option but items haven't been shipped yet (1 week after order).

I recently purchased the Academy Pack and was very impressed with the overall experience. The clothing and accessories arrived promptly, and the quality of the products exceeded expectations. Everything felt well-made, durable, and designed with goalkeepers in mind.
It’s clear that attention has been given to both performance and comfort, which is exactly what you want from training gear. Very happy with what was supplied and would definitely recommend to others looking for reliable goalkeeper equipment.
Avoid
Bought these gloves, the glove care pack and after 4 games the palms are worn down and are peeling away,, AVOID as my purchase cost me £80 and havent even lasted the 10 match guarantee
I set up a return and exchange
I set up a return and exchange and even paid for the return. you sent me a bar code return label which isnt accepted at the EVRI shops, they need a square QR code (Which i have requested numerous times).
I've emailed numerous times and just been ignored now.
Now my son is left with GK kit that is too small.
There's no way to contact this company other than email.

My son wanted to try hundred glove. After recieving them we realised the velcro was faulty. I'm emailed the complaints and spoke to a lady named Joy. She was a great help and sorted out a replacement within 24 hours. We're looking forward to recieving them as they're my son's favourite pair since he started as a GK two years ago.
Plymouth Argyle FC academy player
My son plays for Plymouth Argyle FC. And uses these gloves for both training and his academy matches which is often 4 times a week. The durability in them far outlasts other named brands. And the customer service has always been fast and brilliant. Not only that photos look cool with the 100 symbol!
Cannot send it back and you will not…
Cannot send it back and you will not answer my emails.Now very disappoint i did like one of the products I bought, but the gloves are too big and cannot send them back and to add insult to injury , they even charge me to send back when you just cannot send them back when you live on the isle of wight , so i've lost that mon. I will contact citizens and device to see where I stand I will contact citason's advice to see where I stand. wouldn't use them again

Bad Experience
Ordered their bundle and despite using their size guide all the clothes were too small and appeared very poor quality. I emailed to cancel order as per my legal right as the online return portal on their website only allowed returns for credit which I did not want. I had a reply from Joy saying they don't give cash refunds for returns as it's not company policy I tried to explain about the 14 day online cancellation law but appears they're having none of it. I returned items with tracking and photo proof of return and emailed them to again request a full cash refund and are now being ignored so will now need to contact my credit card company and possibly start small claims court action again them. After leaving the above review I was contacted by Joy with confirmation that my cash refund would be processed and couple days later I did receive the refund back on my credit card. I feel this process should not have been this difficult and the company should not try and go against the law and let customers return for cash refund if they want it without all the hassle, but we got there in the end after several weeks of trying. So thank you Joy for sorting it out.
Initial poor experience but quickly rectified
Returned gloves in original packaging.
Website states “return in 14 days for a full refund”
Found out they charge you for postage back, an admin fee, and the full refund (minus the admin and postage) is not your money back at all, they give you it as a a store credit to use!!!
Update ……Hundred refunded the money in a timely manner

My daughter has just started out her goalkeeping journey. I wanted to invest in some goalkeeping gloves and under armour. The quality is fantastic and she loves the padding on the tshirt and trousers. I’ve now ordered twice with extra gloves and training wear.
